I bought this training system on Amazon for my new puppy which is a Golden Retriever/Shepard mix. It has been instrumental in controlling his barking and teaching him to obey commands. I recently decided to set up and train him to stay within the distance with great success. It is easy to set up and operate. I would highly recommend this system for your dog.

When the transmitter and collars are charged, everything works as I had hoped. But I had read a review somewhere that said the transmitter could go for 2-3 weeks when fully charged. That has not been the case for us. I am having to charge the collars and transmitter every 2-3 days. It’s too much to keep up with. It does state in the user manual to charge them every 2 days. If I had originally seen that I probably would not have ordered it. I was trying to save a little money and I did a good bit of research but should have spent more and gone with the more popular Pet Safe brand.

I waited a little bit to write a review to see if it worked for our puppy....but I'm so happy we tried this collar out! It works so well! We have an 11 month old Australian Shepherd..and he needs to get out and run.With this collar we are able to set up satellite coordinates that allow him enough area to get a good amount of exercise with peace of mind. He caught on really quick to the adjustable borders. Our biggest concern was making sure he stayed back from the road infront of our house...and this collar has done its job in training him to stay back from the road. Even for the few times we let him off without the collar on he will stay back because he remembers the "invisible" boundary. Hands down one of the best things we've bought for him is this collar...it's provided him happiness to be off a leash and gives us peace of mind knowing he won't run out on the road or take off. The satellite boundaries offer a huge amount of space. And was easy to set up. My 14 year old son likes to set up the coordinates. The one and only thing I would change about this collar is just making the collar out of sturdier canvas material, with a more secure metal loop to secure on your dog. We had to attach a little clasp to make sure it doesn't fall off while he's playing. Other than that...it's been a true life saver for the happiness of our puppy and for us! Would 10 out 10 recommend!

I really wanted this to be the solution to all my problems. The battery sucks! Lasts maybe a day sometimes two. The one collar doesn’t work all the time. When the receiver battery dies or turns off the collar continues to shock my dog. I only want my dog shocked if he tried to get out of the yard.

These collars are really life changing for my dogs. I do wish the battery life was a tad longer(2days) but I really enjoy being able to safely let my dogs out in the yard or anywhere we go honestly! They tend to beep randomly but it’s harmless to the pups and they know their boundaries. Great product for the price! Very happy!
