Creatine is all good but scoop is slightly too big to fit in any water bottle. Blue raspberry flavour taste is too strong though and the blue colouring is very strong left me teeth and tongue blue for a while

Just arrived and I took my first dose can say that it dissolved easily and totally , the water turned blue and tastes delicious. I made sure that I ate a banana along with it to be assimilated fully. I’m training a few times a week and will monitor the progress.

Really good creatine. This sruff dissolves in seconds with no bitty parts in it. It goes down easy and is more akin to a sweet squash than chemically drink. It has a good quantity for the money per dose, I've been using it for months and still hsve plenty left! (I use one scoop a day). In terms of the benefits, its always difficult to say and I tend to ignore it in reviews as it always differs from person to person but for those looking for it, yes I notice a difference in my workouts, my energy levels are up and I get better pumps. Have i noticed gains from this, I couldn't really say as I've been tsking it since starting working out again and tske protein so it could be any or all or diet who knows, but I'll certainly be gettinf more of this when I run out!

Habe die Sorte Blue Razz, diese löst sich super in Sekunden auf. ABER: Obwohl ich nur 2g auf 750ml Wasser genommen habe, hat es furchtbar geschmeckt. Habe 1/4 davon getrunken und musste mich dann übergeben. Sowas hatte ich noch bei keinem Creatin. Leider kann ich es auch nicht retournieren :(
