These are my go to. Tastes great and works well. Easy to open and storage well. Buying this pack is value for money and lasts well. While running these help energy levels stay level and the taste and texture is easy to digest.

Don't taste amazing but get the job done

the gels are super nice and very high quality hence the 5 stars, but please be aware. . . when you order a pack of 3...it really is just 3 gels... I assumed looking at the image of 3 gels, that 'pack of 3' meant 3 packs of 3 gels. . .suffice to say paying £12 (incl postage) for 3 gels is a bit steep.

Awesome kicker to get ur going, would advice don't have it in the evening ride otherwise u shall be up at night zombie mode.... Depending on ur caffeine torelence

Great taste and not overwhelming at all. Goes down easy (great consistency). No stomach issues. Keeps me fueled during my long runs and marathons.

Each gel contains the right amount of carbs and caffeine for my runs. Also, It is definitely easy to swallow. Why can't the 30 units be shipped to Colombia?
