Excellent quality and unbeatable value!
These socks are fantastic! The fit is great — snug but comfortable — and they hold their shape well even after multiple washes. The merino wool feels soft, warm, and breathable, perfect for hiking or everyday wear. What really stands out is the value. You get four pairs for about the same price as one pair of the competitor’s Merrell wool socks, and honestly, the quality is just as good (if not better). They provide great cushioning and keep my feet dry and comfortable during long days outdoors. I’m very pleased with this purchase and will definitely be ordering more. Highly recommend these to anyone looking for durable, high-quality wool socks at a fair price!

You should definitely buy them! Great socks. No complaints.
Purchased these socks for hunting after a recommendation of Merino wool. Claimed to be a great option for scent control. With cotton/blend socks always leaving my feet sweating and smelling after a long day in or out of the field. I figured I'd give these a try.. I was skeptical at first seeing as these socks are fairly thick and feel like they would be warm/hot in an early season/warm conditions. I was wrong! While the socks are very well made and thick they're not too thick. they seem to be very durable and I believe they're going to hold up to heavy walking. The last two days current conditions were in the low 90s. wearing boots all day my feet never felt sweaty or uncomfortable. After removing my socks at the end of the day I noticed my boots nor my feet had any odor and neither did the socks! Which is quite the opposite of any other sock or day! I'm on my third day of heavy walking in humid hot Tx conditions and I got to say these socks are great! I will be purchasing more and they will likely become my everyday socks. They're not overly warm they're not overly cool. they seem to regulate temperature very well in both leather and rubber boots. Comfortable compression. No hot spots or irritation on feet from boot rub. 5 stars

Amazingly thick and warm
Before you read this review, you should know that I'm kind of a sock nut, I probably have 50 or so pairs for all kinds of weather and activities. Most of my socks are merino wool. So I have seen and used a lot of socks. These are, quite honestly, the warmest socks that I have. They're an incredible bargain, with thick, luxurious wool, and are much thicker than merino wool socks from the more common brants (other than their expedition weight, which cost much, much more). I bike all winter using boots that look like ski boots to keep my feet warm on long rides. But these merino socks have allowed me to ride in regular shoes down to about 28 degrees, which is of course much better than putting on heavy boots. I never write reviews, but had to for these, they're just that unexpectedly good, especially considering the price. One possible hitch: they're thick enough that you want to make sure you have enough room in your shoes, don't use them in tight shoes. Also, be prepared for lots of wool lint the first couple of time you wear them. But these are happy "complaints," and you should buy them.

Warm but thick
Good socks, very warm. They are very thick though. I received a pair of merino wool socks and they were very thin and pleasant. My husband doesn't want me to return these because he still says he likes them but they are a little too thick for day to day wear. Probably better for winter days but will be on the look out for thinner socks for day to day use.

Hiking, rucking? Excellent option.
Very comfortable, keep the foot dry for a long time. No blisters. Easy to wash by hand, with soft soap. I used them at 31F and 85F and they are great. Fit pretty well, no oversized nor too small.

Highly recommend
No complaints at all. Very comfortable, high quality, and so warm. I had these socks for about a year and wore they everyday and they are just now starting to rip a little bit. But the price is so good I just bought another pack. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

NOT soft or well cushioned
Call me crazy, but I don’t get all the glowing reviews for these socks. And they don’t check all the boxes of their description. I put on a pair today and found that they are not soft. They have a crew sock ribbing that feels a little scratchy. One of the socks has a seam I can feel inside at the top of the toes. I’d say they are decent, at best. They are warm enough but I don’t know how they would do in frigid conditions. There is minimal cushioning so if you’re looking for a some good hiking or heavy walking socks these might not work so well. There’s an army surplus kind of feel to them which is okay for functionality but not high quality. I can already see some pilling after a few hours of wear. I gave them 3 stars because they look appealing and are comfortable enough to wear around the house and keep my feet warm. Not sure how long they will last but they are a good value if you’re looking for three pairs of socks for a minimal cost. You would have to pay more for one pair of socks that feel well cushioned and luxurious.

Soft, high wool content, washer friendly, durable. Wear them year-round. Great value!
High quality wool socks that feel warm, soft and comfortable, and the colors look great. I wear wool socks year-round, so I am familiar with wool and its performance for socks. They breath, tend to stay free of odors better, and stay dry. These socks have a higher wool content compared to most wool socks, which are often only 20% wool. They machine wash very well though, in cold water, and then I throw them in the dryer for the last ten minutes of the dry cycle on delicate (less heat), to prevent shrinking. These socks are soft but durable and will last. I have had them awhile and will look for them next time I buy wool socks. They offer great support. I highly recommend these socks, as well as trying wool socks year-round if you don't already.
