Highest quality peach gum ever. (Not chewing gum!)
Best peach gum Iβve bought yet. If the quality continues to be this good, Iβll never look for another brand. I bought 3 brands of peach gum at the same time. I didnβt take a picture with the 3rd but I did a side by side of two brands with good ratings. This is by far the cleanest but also the purest of the 3. I believe some companies coat their peach gum to get better weight. And the stuff they coat on becomes that crumbly clear extras. This brand didnβt have that or had far far less almost none. The other brand I bought was the blue bag and pink flowers which was the absolute worst. The next time I prepare all 3 Iβll do another photo and update. This is for desserts and needs to be cooked. This is not chewing gum. People need to stop leaving bad reviews for a product they didnβt research. Iβll take better pictures later. I didnβt realize I was going to be this excited or find such a good product.

One of the cleanest peach gums ever!
These wild peach gum are very clean with almost no impurities so its so easy to just soak them in water overnight in the fridge and just pick out the minimal impurities which in my batch had like 2 small specks. Added them to white fungus dessert soup with rock sugar and they are a delight to chew with their gummy texture plus they are rich in collagen.

Contains collegen and trace minerals and good for skincare
As others have stated, this is not chewing gum, candy or even something that you can think of as a hard candy. It is a hard resin material that is as hard as a rock. You could probably pass this off as a gemstone; itβs that hard. How you use this is up to you. There are some suggestions on use, but you use it how you decide. Think of it this way, if you buy a can of salt, does it have recipes on the side of it or instructions of use? No, because the uses are almost infinite. I did a basic search on this and some of the suggestions were to put it in oatmeal or yogurt. I can see that. It needs to soak in water for around 24 hours and expands to a gelatinous mass before use. Most of these masses have a little dark pith on it that needs to be pulled or cut off. Itβs just where the resin was pulled off the tree and a little bit of tree bark got caught on it. Looking at some of the benefits, I was surprised. This supposedly has a lot of collagen and other trace minerals in it. Some women swear by it as a healthful, beauty-enhancing food. If it does have the collagen in it and trace minerals, I can see that as why it's been used for so long. To me, this had very little taste at all. Itβs a resin and so itβs not necessarily going to taste like peach. I tried boiling it and didnβt care for the results. I found to have gotten the best results from soaking this overnight. I do often eat oatmeal for breakfast and itβs known to be very healthy for you. That is, basic oatmeal and not the processed little packages. I usually just put oatmeal in a bowl, add a bit of flavored gelatin and microwave. Gelatin is healthy as well and for the amounts Iβm putting in, thereβs very little sugar going in it. Or, black strap molasses is good in oatmeal and a better alternative as it contains iron. Since this has little flavor and does have a soft but not mushy texture, this would fit right in with preparing it for mixing in oatmeal. There are a lot of things out there that most of us have never heard of and sometimes such foods can be gems in the rough. In this case, the product actually looks like a gem in the rough. I do plan on using it in oatmeal thatβs flavored with a little molasses or flavored gelatin. A little bit of this product goes a long ways. You donβt want to make too much of it up at one time.

Will order them again.
First time using peach gum after reading about the health benefits. How I used them, first I would washed them and putting them into the boiling water, turn the heat off cover on and let them soak for a couple hours or longer. If Iβm not in a rush, I would let them soak over night in the refrigerator. I found that is the best way for them to get soft all the way. I Made dessert out of them, adding black tapioca pearls, coconut milk, condensed milk, grounded cinnamon, dates and a little honey for sweetness. Delicious! I will order them again. But I will explore other brands because of the costs.
