AMAZING
I have owned Mediflow water pillows in the past but this one far exceeds the older design. I was very hesitant because of the price but eventually decided to give it a try as I could not find any pillow that would work for me. I filled mine with the minimum amount of water and have been sleeping comfortably and soundly.

Best Pillow
IMO, this is the best pillow. Firmness is determined by the 'sleeper'. No 'scrunching' necessary. Washable cover.

Waste of money
Strong smell of plastic/chemicals needs airing not sure for how long its been over a week and still smells. Filled it to medium comfortable, but woke up with more neck pain and a migraine. Would like to return it not sure if I can since I used it.

Worth every penny for the pillow (disagree with cooling effect, tho)
This is an amazing pillow!!! DO NOT encase if the pillow is remotely wet. It comes with instructions and it's important to read them. This is different than any pillow you have ever owned. It's hard to fill without spilling some on the water on the pillow. One reviewer showed mold on the pillow and the instructions state this will happen if you don't allow the material to thoroughly dry. The pillow itself is 5 STARS, but the cooling is not effective, so I deducted a star. I'm not sure if the aloe cover is supposed to be the cooling aspect, but I was not impressed. The pillow is amazing, though. I don't have as much neck pain as I did with other pillows. A little pricey, but worth it!!

So comfortable, sleeping is wonderful
feels so good to sleep on, don't want to get out of bed sometimes, the pillow is so comfortable.

Not the same
I’ve been using these pillows for years, but my most recent one arrived smelling like mildew, despite not having been filled with water. I’m so disappointed, people who get migraines cannot tolerate sleeping on this.

Smell
Would be a great product if it smelled better. The smell is awful. Gives me stuffy nose. It can’t be washed as it will disintegrate. It does feel comfortable and soothing. I tried washing the covers, covering with towels. Nothing works. Very permeating smell. I can’t use it.

Very Comfortable
My pillow is very comfortable. I had to adjust the water a couple of times. Even a 1/4 cup can make a difference.
