Love this thing, made myself a nice first aid kit for my house. It isn't as solid as an ammo can, but it is sturdy. I do wish it had the first aid cross on every single side, so no matter how it is stored it is obvious. My biggest complaint though is there is no water tight gasket, which would be kinda nice. I could make one, but the lid has a pretty significant gap so it is questionable how well it would work.

My husband was a nurse and Army medic so I bought these to make first aid kits for my adult kids for Christmas. They LOVED the vintage look and tribute it pays to their dad. He would have loved their appreciation for this item but I did fill them with various items. I bought 3 and was concerned that they looked too big at first but as I was filling them the 4 compartments were quickly filled up! They love the fact that they latch so it can be tossed in the car for camping, ball games, road trips and so forth. They are durable enough that you can put other items on top of it in a closet.

I have been wanting one of these for a while. It is very sturdy and spacious. It also reminds me of my dad's first aid box he made out of an old army ammunition box he brought home after his tour ended. So these is some sentimentality to the purchase too.

No digging through a bathroom junk drawer, or cabinet of bandaids and nail clippers. All in one spot. Very lightweight. Latches open easy.

First I’ll say that this isn’t my first purchase from this company. Second time didn’t disappoint either. I’m always looking for storage solutions that a rodent proof as I live in a rural area. This first aid box is simple but that’s all I was looking for. Space to store bandaids, gauze and items that can’t get wet due to packaging. I’d recommend this for your camper or cottage.
