I’ve been taking Jarrow Formulas Fem-Dophilus Advanced for about a month and the difference is noticeable. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and completely shelf-stable (no refrigeration needed — perfect for travel). Within a couple of weeks, I noticed improvements in both digestive comfort and vaginal balance. This product is an absolute Godsend. I had used this brand in the past and then got lazy and didn't purchase for awhile. This is the only brand or product I have found to stop vaginal irritation and itching and also calms an overactive irritated bladder. I have been using it again for a couple of weeks and it has balanced out my vaginal Ph. High quality and will never stop using them.

If been taking these, daily, for many, many years. They saved my life. They are very effective, and easy! I was taking these since back when it was just the 5 main strains, they've since added 2 more strains, only these are intestinal probiotics. I guess they added them so that it would be a more well rounded capsule. I wish they wouldn't have though bc I used to sometimes use them as an insert. I don't think I would recommend that anymore. Either way, these are the best feminine probiotics available

I’ve only ever tried Her Fantasy Box probiotics these are much better, you’ll notice a difference immediately. The price reflects the quality, definitely worth it! Flatter stomach, lubricated and no smell!!!!! I feel good and am way more confident. Sticking with these for life.

Good Product but the Price is too High

I like this product. It works well for me.

Buy it and your life will be changed forever. I don’t miss a day. Two years into taking this product and no more UTI’s or IC flares… after living almost fifty years of turmoil with both on repeat. Even had a doctor tell me once I would probably be on dialysis by the time I was thirty. I wish I had read a review like this many years ago. Maybe I wouldn’t have missed so much with my kids sitting at home on a heating pad. Give it a few months to work and a little patience. It works!!
