Takes ,a little while to Get use to but excellent product

i bought to get an idea if it works or not but it does not really makes a difference. Though it give you some sense of satisfaction but other than that, nothing else

Die Verarbeitung ist nicht die beste es gibt keine Schaumstoffeinlage. Die Bender sind recht kurz für kräftigere Menschen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Ein Verschluss an den Enden wäre wünschenswert.

Da ich die original shaktimat hab, und für Reisen eine kleinere Matte wollte, bin ich über diese sehr enttäuscht- überlege sogar, sie zurückzusenden.

I love how potable this is. I used it on vacation. I can use it in my car, it’s so portable. It saved me on my vacation as far as my back pain. It also helps with releasing toxins. I can’t recommend enough.
