The product is good ,the only thing which is missing is the AQI reading

not sure how well it cleans the air as it doesn’t have an air quality indicator. Only lights that go from red to green . It’s easy to change the filter . Size is compact. Noise is moderate

After using the product consistently for five days, I chose to focus solely on its drawbacks, as the benefits are already widely mentioned by others. 1. Air Purification Efficiency Despite the manufacturer's claim of purifying a room in 12 to 15 minutes, my real-world experience was significantly different. Living in a highly polluted city near Delhi, the purifier took approximately one to one and a half hours to improve air quality in a 160 square feet room. Even at full speed, it took 30 to 40 minutes to shift the indicator from amber to green, which raises questions about its advertised performance. 2. Ventilation and Discomfort My room has only a single door for ventilation. Before using the purifier, I never faced issues related to suffocation. However, after its use, I experienced severe discomfort during the night. Upon contacting the brand, I was disappointed to learn that their representatives had no explanation or guidance regarding this issue. 3. Service and Customer Support As a Chinese product, the brand relies on local third-party service providers. Unfortunately, the service experience was below expectations. The customer support team lacked product knowledge and offered service visits for even minor concerns. They do not have one reliable pan-India service provider, they rely on local service partners based on the city, which raises significant concerns about the consistency and reliability of their after-sales service. When I reported suffocation caused by an unpleasant odor from the new device, they promised a visit within 72 hours. I had to follow up twice, after which I was handed the contact of a local service provider who was unprofessional and disconnected the call abruptly. The actual service call happened six days later, well beyond the promised timeline. 4. Speed and Noise Levels The device offers one auto mode and two speed levels. Speed 1 is ineffective, while Speed 2 performs better than auto mode but generates significant noise. Additionally, the fan emits cold air, which can be problematic in winter months. 5. Build Quality and Stability The purifier is made entirely of plastic and is lightweight. While this aids portability, it also increases the risk of the unit toppling over if placed on an elevated surface like a table. In this price segment, a more stable and robust build was expected. Conclusion: I would like to thank the seller and the Amazon support team for facilitating the return process smoothly. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this product if you are living in a heavily polluted city, as it falls short of expectations in both performance and service reliability.
