This is a great kit if you need to replace the timing chain on your Ford F150. It is a very labor extensive repair, so doing it yourself is often economical, especially for older cars, and this set is far cheaper than trying to get everything separately. The parts feel sturdily made and are the same as the OEM, making replacing them easy. I haven't finished the job yet as the repair is more in depth than expected and the cold weather is delaying things a lot, but this kit seems quality, and has everything I think will be needed to get the car moving again. The ease of getting everything in one well-wrapped pack vs getting everything separately seems well worth it.

Our F150 was suffering from the dreaded timing chain slap (the guides deteriorated and ended up in the oil pan) so I got this kit to bring the old truck back to life. Although the process of replacing it is a bit of a pain, it is way cheaper than paying someone else to do it. I appreciate that this kit had pretty much everything needed to get the job done.

Need to change the description to fits 2005 to 2010, not 2004 to 2013 for the Expedition. The detailed fitment does state this, but it should be reviewed. I will say that for my 2005 Expedition, this was a direct fit. Every part, with the exception of the timing cover gasket, fit perfectly. For that gasket,it was off by an angle - angled where it should have been straight in one spot, which I got around, and there was not a huge deal about it. This is a whole lot of service to be done at once, and should probably include a few main parts that have to be removed in order to get to all of this. Regardless, these parts fit nicely, my truck is not making noise, and is running better than ever.
