BUY IT! If your wanting a bidet experience, but don't want to spend thousands on a Japanese toilet buy this. You might think its cheap junk due to the price but it's not. Very much a quality item. Easy to install (two bolts) and included everything needed to install. Install took 15 mins max. We are using an extension cord until I install a plug. The remote is easy to use, and bidet also has buttons on the side for use. Does everything that a Japanese tolet except opening on your arrival. We like to leave the seat open as it has a blue led night light. Though it does have a slow closing lid. Seat and water spray are heated, pressure of spray as well as the angle of spr are adjustable with the remote. The Bidet has built in air filter so no more smelly poop bombs! Wife loves it! I love it.

I bought this the end of August but waited until I used it for a while before reviewing. I love it. The remote is simple to use and there are also controls on the side. Waking up in the middle of the night and sitting on a warm potty is wonderful. The spray is strong enough to clean well, and I love the dryer part. It does take a little bit of time to dry, but it is worth it. We installed this in the bathroom downstairs, and I will be getting another for the bathroom upstairs. I had a friend install it but was very easy to install. Everything fit. You need to have a plug by the toilet for this to work.

We have had ours for almost 1 year and it is AMAZING! Buns are warm, area is super clean and the precision is spot on. I’m buying one for a coworker for her baby shower, and I tell everyone about this. I will not be posting a video or pic because that’s weird.

Let me start off by saying that I LOVE this product. I will never go back to a regular toilet seat and it feels offensive to go to the bathroom in public now. Pros: Install was relatively straightforward and came with everything I needed for my set up It self cleans before every use Heated seat function is lovely Remote is easy to use Bidet function is effective and comfortable Sturdy. It doesn’t move after install. Cons: Okay so I am going to be extra nitpicky because there are some small quirks that I’m not in love with. I’ll start out with the biggest one: the night light. It’s like staring into the sun in the middle of the night (exaggerated a bit but not really). There’s no way to disable this or even turn the brightness down. I’m a woman so it’s bearable but my partner hates this and I really don’t blame him. The seat is also awkward to lift up and use the toilet as a man. I know my partner personally isn’t a fan of that either but I can’t really speak much to that. Sometimes the bidet function is buggy. I’ll turn it on and it’ll start the cleaning process then stop completely. I haven’t had an issue where it wouldn’t work entirely so this is a minor inconvenience at best. It does shoot out colder water for about a second before the temperature fully adjusts. It’s not uncomfortable but extending the self cleaning for another second or two would fix this issue. My partner does not appreciate the heated seat lol. He thinks it’s too warm and there’s really no way to disable this so tough luck if you don’t like a warm butt ;) That’s it! I’m going to be searching for a solution for the light because that’s my biggest issue with it. I’m thinking maybe some type of tape over it to dim it could be the answer. Otherwise, this is probably one of my favorite “luxury” investments

I originally bought this for my husband thinking of his colonoscopies but knew I wanted one after the great toilet paper fiasco of 2020. When we moved to the new house and it had an outlet near the toilet, I knew the time had come to make my purchase. After researching many bidets, I decided to go with the Leivi B011. It has great features for a great price. It is a comfortable seat that is sturdy. I love the controls on the side and the remote that has all the features. The remote sticks by magnet, so there is no dropping it because it doesn't click into place properly. I have it positioned so I don't even need to take it off the wall, but if I do, the magnet secures it into place easily. The features I love, are the adjustments to the water flow, position, intensity, temperature, and movement. It has a dryer fan and a deodorizer fan. It has a seat warmer that I will appreciate even more as we get into the cooler months! The seat lid has a slow close feature, so no slamming it down. It has a nightlight which is quite bright. I am glad for the nightlight but it is rather bright. It is blue so can be a little shocking to the eyes at 3AM. A red light would be easier on the eyes or just being able to tone it down, but I'd rather have the bright blue nightlight than none at all! The bidet was very easy to install. After all the researching on installation, I bought additional seat bumpers and adapters. I didn't need any additional equipment or better adapters, so that was a waste of money. Everything Leivi sent was the correct size. The bidet is easy to clean, has a quick release feature which makes getting behind and under the bidet a breeze. Customer service has been excellent! I had an issue with the initial delivery and another issue a couple of months later. They responded quickly and exceeded my expectations in resolving the issues. I have had this bidet for half a year now and would happily buy it again for a different bathroom.

Mon épouse et moi-même sommes très satisfaits de ce bidet LEIVI. Il doit être qualifié d’un bidet de luxe offrant plusieurs fonctionnalités inédites et fort intéressantes. C’est aussi un bidet vital pour la santé de votre postérieur. La télécommande facile à utiliser permet d’accéder aux maintes fonctions disponibles: ajustement du débit d’eau, position du jet plus ou moins en avant, plusieurs types de jet (droit, oscillant et de massage), ajustement de la température du siège (avec possibilité d’annulation de cette fonction), veilleuse de nuit de couleur bleue (annulation possible), aspiration d’odeurs vers un filtre au Charbon et même séchage à l’air chaud. La fonction massage avec le jet en débit continu, en pressant deux fois le bouton Massage sur la télécommande, offre un nettoyage ultra performant. L’atout majeur de ce bidet est de fournir de l’eau tiède/chaude de façon instantanée. L’installation est plutôt facile et tous les raccords et tuyaux de plomberie nécessaires sont inclus. L’installation (au mur à proximité du siège bidet) du support aimanté de la télécommande (dos aimanté) s’installe rapidement et il est alors facile d’accéder à la télécommande en tout temps. Avant de commander, vérifier bien votre modèle de toilette: ronde ou allongé. Il faut aussi faire attention à la forme de votre réservoir qui pourrait affecter la position du siège bidet. Idéalement, la face avant de votre réservoir doit être droit et surtout sans être bombé vers l’avant afin qu’il n’interfère pas avec les pièces de fixation du siège bidet. Le plus difficile est l’installation de la prise électrique munie d’un dispositif de courant de fuite à la terre. Pour ceux dont le sous-sol n’est pas fini, ce sera plus facile. Une des photos montre la prise électrique que j’ai installée en profitant d’un montant vertical du mur qu’on peut localiser avec un détecteur approprié. Je vous recommande d’utiliser du papier de toilette pour vous essuyer car il peut rester certains résidus. Toutefois, il est certain que le bidet permet d’économiser une certaine quantité de papier de toilette. Finalement, je dois souligner que le service à la clientèle est rapide, efficace et très utile. Alors, ne soyez pas gêné de poser toutes les questions d’éclaircissement sur les fonctions du bidet.

The product is not suitable for all toilets like advertised. They've given me the wrong attachments which doesn't make sense. The hoses that connect to the inlet valves are all in different sizes. Don't know if that's an error or on purpose as no toilet is build this way.

This is a good product at a decent price point. Installation was easy (except that I had to run a new outlet to the bathroom because there was not previously an electrical outlet in the bathroom - but this is not the fault of the product) and product easy to use after installation. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the unit failed after 11 months. However, the support was very good and a replacement item was shipped quickly after I sent a video showing what the issue was. Every product can be expected to have some issues - nothing is perfect, but knowing that the support is good should there be an issue is valuable.

Great bidet with a lot of adjustment but not 5 star. If the remote would save personal settings it would be 5 star but every time you use it you have to adjust all the settings to where you want them.
