I take these for migraines and they do help in conjunction with magnesium and Q10. I will buy again. Easy to swallow. Great quality and value for money.

Exactly what it says on the tub.
Simple and to the point. Is exactly what you would want with vitamins. I use B2 specifically because it seems to help limit the amount of migraines I get. If it actually has a medical impact or not I am unsure on the science behind it, but it does seem to help me, so will not argue with it. Get a good amount for the price and have bought from Health4All multiple times now.

Your pee will light up the night sky
Mega dose of the RIBO, your pee will look like glow stick fluid, but your B2 needs will be met and then some. Do not worry, the body disposes of unabsorbed B2 through urine, it's a good sign. Your body is filtering out unused vitamins. Thats why it's safe to take so much B2 at once. Take this alongside magnesium chelated glycinate, and COQ10 ubiqonol, and you now have the supplements found in multiple studies to consistently help migrane sufferers.

Arrived but minus the lid. However the container was sealed. Once the seal is removed I will have to use lid from previous container
