The LEGO Captain Rex Helmet is a really solid looking display piece and easily one of the better helmets in the Star Wars line-up. The blue detailing pops nicely and makes it stand out straight away, especially compared to some of the more plain white helmets. The build itself is pretty enjoyable too, with some clever layering going on, so it never really feels boring when putting it together. That said, it does rely quite a bit on stickers, which is a bit annoying at this price point. Lining them up perfectly can be fiddly and if they’re slightly off, it kind of messes with the overall look. Also, if you’ve already built the Stormtrooper helmet, parts of this will feel very familiar, almost like a remix rather than something totally new. Overall though, it’s a good display piece and looks great on a shelf, especially if you’re a Clone Wars fan or already collecting the helmet series. Not perfect, but still a fun build and one most Star Wars fans will probably be happy to own.

Brilliant lego set . Got it for my sons birthday and he loved . Went round his house the other day and saw the finished article , It looks great on the shelf .

Quality is great, size is fine, its fun to build, reasonable price, looks great when built, also a good entertainment for kids.

It was delivered the next day. A good price. Grandson kept going on about wanting it for Christmas. I was a bit unsure as it said it was Collectible for Adults. He's only 11 years old but Lego daft almost running out of things he doesn't have that's affordable. Shouldn't have worried he built it in no time yet another one to add to his collection. it maybe should be shelves come another year I should be buying for his room. the present lot are overflowing.

Incredible helmet. While I've put ''easy to assemble'' at 5 stars, I base that on it's 18+ rating. It's not an easy build per se, but it's intuitive and enjoyable. The level of detail is absolutely delightful and while some may spot there are 'errors' in the design compared to the real thing, I think given the limitations of the size of the display model, it's a very, very good representation. I guess my only gripe could be that they have included stickers instead of printed parts. But this is kept to a minimum. (Keep in mind that lego have to consider where they can use printed parts on multiple sets to make it profitable)

I got this when it was discounted thankfully so I didn't have to pay full price as I do think it's a bit pricey. Took me a while to build it & some bits are confusing when looking at the instructions as some parts aren't clear but apart from that it was fun to build and once completed it looks really good.

Absorbing build with easy to follow assembly instructions. I will be buying another Star Wars helmet in the future 👍
