2 tablets a day fish oil. It has omega 3 added for extra health benefit. The tablets taste bad and are massive however are good value and are helpful for vitamin A. Be aware how much you take as they have a decent amount in.

Have this on repeat for 18 months now. Very happy to keep on it now. Easy to swallow capsules. No aftertaste. Joints are easing up.

Decent omega 3 supplement for the price. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't noticed any fishy aftertaste. Been taking them for a couple weeks now. The two month supply is convenient though the capsules are a bit large.
