WORKS. TASTE SUCKS

This has a decent flavor and is easily dissolvable. No grit when you drink it. It is very sweet so I definitely water my drinks down more than the package suggestion.

I can normally suck it up and put down a couple ounces of water with a subpar tasting nutrition supplement. But this one I just couldn’t. Now I’m stuck with a full container that I can’t send back. Do yourself a favor, don’t buy this crap.

Flavor was okay but it had a bad taste.

I love this stuff. I started using it pre workout for energy and hydration and post workout for recovery. This product is quite effective at both. The powder itself is very fine and non-clumping and mixes well in a blender bottle. Also, the taste is great. I usually worry about lemonade flavors being too sour but this one isn't. Will be buying again.
