Faulty: solidified lotion with chunks of white substance
I got this for my kids after buying the regular tube body lotion for years. I tried to pump some lotion onto my palms and pressed the pump for at least 30 times after which I screwed off the pump and noticed that the lotion has solidified and had some chunks of white substance rather than the smooth texture I am used to. The worst part is that this item is not eligible for return! What a disappointment..

I read the reviews that the pumping has some problems, but I thought they might have changed it by now so I ordered.. but the pumping is broken can’t use the cream anymore.. Refund my money ..
