My vitamin D levels were low and it was affecting my everyday life, so I started taking these and they worked quickly. My levels are now back up and steady, and I feel a noticeable improvement. The quality is excellent, thy are a reasonable size, very easy to swallow, and there’s no aftertaste. I also appreciate that they’re non-GMO, gluten-free, and made with organic extra virgin olive oil. Great product, effective, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing to support healthy vitamin D levels.

Superb customer service, very speedy delivery too! These are great supplements if you want to gain lots energy and to lose weight and lets face it; do you really want to put a load of stuff in your body that you can't even pronounce? Thought not!. I The pills are easy to take and I have had no side effects that I can speak of. Another good thing about them is that they contain no gelatin which can sometimes be a issue if you're vegetarian. I am being completely honest here. I was nearly 4 stone overweight at one time! I had to have a double fasciotomy on both legs due to compartment syndrome which took ages to recover from. As such the weight piled on! I now train five times a week and also do pilates & yoga. I eat lean, healthy and don't eat anything with gluten in. I've cut out all sugar (which was less hard than I thought it would be). I drink 3.5 ltrs of water a day, don't drink alcohol much at all anymore (which is killer!) and basically do all the things my trainer (and any decent nutritionist would) tell me to do. But I get bored once in a while and LOVE a beer and a curry or a BBQ and an ice cream if I'm somewhere hot and sunny. Who wouldn't??? I'm getting really fit and I can see massive improvement in my physique. I've got a six pack!!! I'm 41 and have a six pack....I'm gobstruck!?!? My top half and my legs are ripped. However, despite this I still carry too much round the waist and that's the hardest thing to get rid of. It looks a bit disjointed...a bit out of place....if you see what I mean? I am getting there though ...s l o w l y...! It's too early to state whether I'm losing inches quicker than I have done in the past, but I'm already feeling the energetic benefits during training days, without the horrible adrenal buzz you get with some supplements. I was taking NO2 Extreme for a while. They work but you feel horrible. No more lethargy late afternoon....JOY! I'll update this review with a before and after photo in a couple of months!
