GREATLY surpassed every expectation!! I'm so in love.
This is long and vulnerable, but please read if you're hesitant on purchasing this. First, this was an overall amazing experience and an extremely cheap way to add privacy to my windows. I have realized I am my neighbors' "ugly naked guy" (if you have seen FRIENDS, you know what I'm talking about 🤣) because I walk in the kitchen at night, not thinking, and they are sitting in their livingroom looking straight through my door. 🤦🏽♀️ Installation process was so easy that my 7 year old did a couple windows on his own. It is cling film, not adhesive, so it's a LOT easier to work with. Just clean the window, spray a LOT of water on it, put the film on, an squeegee air bubbles. If you mess up, you can lift it up and start over however many times you need. After it sits and the water dries, it stays put. The other part of my review is pretty personal, but here goes... My mother passed away last year. She was my best friend and I have been having an unbelievably hard time getting through each day. My depression and grief have consumed me and I have not been able to find anything that brings me much happiness. This is going to sound dramatic, but this window film has brought me SO MUCH JOY. It casts the most beautiful rainbow through the whole house. After installing, that evening, the sun was setting and the rainbow was cast down the hall and STRAIGHT onto my momma's urn. I literally cried. It is the most calming and beautiful way to end the day. The rainbow casted from the sunrise is just as amazing. I love making my coffee and cleaning my kitchen up in the mornings while watching the rainbow move across the room. Having this on my windows has been the best and only thing I have found to bring me true, genuine joy in a time of such deep sadness and pain. It has far surpassed every expectation I could have and I can NOT express how grateful I am. I am buying more in a bigger size to redo the bigger windows so there aren't seams. You can't see them unless you look very closely, but I'm too OCD and it bothers me knowing they're there. The designs are easy to line up, though, if you do have a seam. If you are like me and it will bother you, just go ahead and get the size that will fit the length and width of your windows. I have added pictures of daytime, nighttime, sunrise, sunset, inside, and outside of the windows. The window where the top window is done and bottom is not is the window with the seam in the film because it was too narrow to cover in one strip.

Beautiful window decoration
If you’re thinking about adding some window decoration and enhancing your privacy then you can’t go wrong with this film. The final result looks great! Stuff you’ll need: Craft cutting mat Metal straight edge that’s a meter or yard long. A sharpie marker, fine. X-acto knife A razer craft cutter is also handy for straight cuts. Helpful but not necessary. Single sided razer scraper Window squeegee for cleaning (optional but helpful) Window film squeegee (CARTINTS 4Inch Plastic Squeegee...) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07K554B5V?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share Small measuring tape. Milwaukee makes a decent small measuring tape that’s not too expensive. It comes in handy more than you think. Spray bottle for windex Spray bottle for soap solution Baby shampoo to make a soap solution. A clear dish soap will work I’m told but I haven’t tried it. You’ll need to prepare a table to cut the film to size so if you have one of those craft mats, a straight edge, and a razor cutter you will get the best results. Yes, you can use shears/fabric scissors but your edge won’t be as straight. Measure exactly, write it down, mark the film on the side with the release sheet, cut. It sounds easy but it’s harder than it looks at first. Application: get out the windex, a squeegee, microfiber towels, also a single sided razer scraper is a must. Spray on the windex and scrape all the dirt and film and other nastyness off your window. Might want to consider rolling up an old towel at the base of the window frame and one on the floor. It’ll save you cleanup time later, trust me. Order a window film installation squeegee with a felt edge, it’s worth it and they’re cheap at $4 or so. It’ll make applying the film a breeze. Actually I don’t know how you’d install it otherwise. Order one with your film. Some of these window films on sale have installation videos in the photos gallery. It is worth the time to view them or check on YouTube under installing window film at home. Prepare a solution of baby shampoo and water in a spray bottle. You don’t need a lot of shampoo, just a squirt will do for a standard spray bottle. Once your window is clean, peel off the backing plastic on your window film and spray your soap solution liberally on the film side that’s going on the window AND the window. If you think it’s too much it’s probably just enough. The film needs to be able to “float” on the solution in order to place it correctly. I started by placing it in the top left corner and aligning the left side of my sheet. Use the film squeegee to squeeze the water off the film using the felt side. A microfiber towel comes in handy here. Once you get to the other side of the film, you’re going to want to use the hard plastic side of your film squeegee to press the film into the sides of the window. Use the plastic edge and an X-acto knife to trim the film to the window. I tried using a straight single edge razer which resulted in torn film. Trust me, use an x-acto knife with the plastic squeegee as a guide. I got great results with this combo. Once the film has dried you can give it a quick cleaning with windex for best results. The results were spectacular! Really beautiful pattern like a stained glass window, UV protection (all films reduce UV to some degree), and having some kind of window film is better than none for safety concerns (although this isn’t security film.) This is a great product and I’d definitely buy it again. Excellent quality, not so easy installation but do-able for someone who’s crafty and has patience. Don’t rush, you’ll be fine.

Beautiful and easy to apply.
I love this!! I don’t like covering my windows with curtains because I love the light but I don’t want people to see in either so I bought this and put on the bottom half of the street facing windows and I fell in love with the rainbow coloring in the rooms when the sun shined through. I bought quite a bit in a month and put it on my mom’s window also and she loved the rainbow colors. It does get quite hot in SD in the summers and a couple of windows I did cover just to keep the sun at bay and I think it actually works better than the standard solar film I use to use. Very easy to apply and kept my furniture protected from discoloring from the sun. High quality film and the price won’t break the bank.

Easy and cute
Easy to install, I did not order the right size. Only issue is the neighbor can still see into my bathroom. The film is still beautiful, but I will have to order something else.

So pretty and easy to install!
Good quality window film. It looks so pretty and provides the privacy I wanted. It was easy to cut and install. It sticks well to window. I used a rubber tipped scraper to remove the bubbles and flatten to the window.

*Updated* Nice film with some privacy
UPDATED: Vendor reached out to me and confirmed that the first film I received is not one of their products. This must have been a shipping error at the warehouse, but they have offered to send a replacement. After having the film up for a few weeks now, it does look nice and it offers enough privacy for our needs. As you get closer to the glass, you can see that people are in the room and there are spots where you can see right through. So, it does meet our needs, but it would be helpful if the rolls had the measurement markings on them. They were so much easier to cut with those grid lines. I'm looking forward to getting the replacement so I can replace the other film and all our doors will match. I placed two separate orders for the clear rainbow glass window film. First order: I only ordered 1 roll because I wasn't sure how I'd like it. The film was easy to work with and included grid lines for easy cutting. It provided good privacy, but it was clear/opaque with no rainbow coloring at all (even with full sunlight and office lighting). Unfortunately, I didn't have enough, so I had to order more. Second order: Placed only a couple of days after the first order and I ordered it from the same link. However, when I received the new roll, I immediately noticed the film was different. It was more transparent, but there was rainbow color coming through. There were no gridelines on the protective paper, so not as easy to work with. It does have some color, which is nice, but it does not provide as much privacy coverage - as you get closer to the window, you can see through it. First two images I posted were of the first order - clear film, no rainbow effect. The second pair of images are from the 2nd order I received. We wanted to keep the doors consistent, but I'm not going to re-order this stuff again since I am not confident in what I'd receive.
