Love this set! While you do have to do some minor assembling, its SUPER EASY. The couch and love are beautiful and so comfy!!! Only issue I had was with the shipping company but the individual helping at Betsy was sure on it and helped me to resolve my problem going above and beyond. Great furniture set and great service from Betsy Furniture! Glad I made this purchase!!!

The materials and build are of nice quality and the seats are comfortable for a set of this price range. Otherwise pretty basic recliners - they ONLY have a manual catch to pop open the leg lift, the reclining is "push yourself back". Also a caution on shipping/home delivery - the retailer used ESTES and it's basically drop a pallet on your front stoop type delivery. They DO NOT bring the boxes in or set it up. Or haul away the shipping boxes/pallet. I'm guessing you can pay extra for that when the shipper first contacts you, but we had no idea. Glad it was a nice day and I had help, otherwise I can see how this might end in tears.

Nice customer service and super fast in replying emails. It is worth the money to spend on these comfortable set! You can't find this set for this price. I saw just a recliner sofa at one of famous furniture stores for the price that I paid for the whole set!

The sofa set looks nice, feels okay, though a liiittle on the cheap side? Considering the price. I mean it isn't total trash, but the microfiber just doesn't seem of the highest quality. I expected a bit better.

I purchased this 3 piece living room set in January of 2021. I watched the video to see if the video would convince me to purchase this set in which I was convinced until I received the living room set. I had the furniture set up in my front room. A week after I received the set my left elbow was getting raw and painful. This video showed that it was well padded well, it was not padded like it showed in the video. I had to buy another set but not sight unseen. I will never believe the videos again. As a matter of fact I put the love seat, recliner on Craig’s list for free. I went within a couple of days after I advertised it. I had to purchase another sofa. You can actually feel the wood under the sad padding of the armrest then the seat cushions are just as bad. It will shut off the circulation on your legs because you can feel the boards underneath the seat cushions as well. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SET PERIOD. I will never purchase a set online ever again. The video is deceitful. If you order online then you’re doing so at your own risk. I really hope you take this comment very seriously.

Easy assembly, great value, super comfortable!! Easy to clean!! (Going to Scotchgard tomorrow)

this was a nice set until we had it for sometime and then we found out that it as broken and pieced together not to happy would like to get it replaced

Need to do better on price for what I paid for not even worth….
