I love❤️ this clock! It is so very cheerful to hear and makes me smile when I watch all the movements on the hour. There are several choices of groups of songs including holiday tunes! The crystals sparkle so wonderfully! The Grandkids like it too! I'm so glad I bought it! 1year later: Unfortunately, the music doesn't work properly anymore. The gears are plastic and wear out. I did sone of the "fixes" on the internet - but they were only temporary. I'm broken hearted. The price has gone up so high that I won't be buying a new one.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my mom. She loves it! The build quality is great. You can adjust the volume and what type of songs play at the hour. The movement aspect is cool. Very accurate, have had it for a year and it hasn’t sped up or slowed down. Amazing quality and a very cool clock for the price!

This clock is more beautiful in person! And it is delightful, I was worried the music would be annoying but it is quite the opposite. The songs are peaceful. You will love it 😍

For my clock today and really enjoying it

Have had this a little over a year. It's a great clock. The music, which can be turned off, is very seasonal and nice. It very much adds to a pleasant and homey atmosphere for our family environment. Battery usage is not excessive. I don't think I've had to replace batteries yet, even after a year of constant use. It's made of plastic but doesn't look "cheap" and is quite accurate without need of frequent adjustment. This comes in various designs but we picked this one. I like that it says Seiko on it.

i bought this clock before last year and i enjoy the music if its works so i sent that clock back 1 year later i bought another one and it is doing the same thing does not always chime on the hour i tried to get a hold of Seiko but the company was closed for thanksgiving i will contact them Monday November 27, 2023, to see if there is something i am doing wrong but the instruction are very simple put in 4 c batteries included set time hang on wall wait top of hour but no chime this is the second clock i bought i believe i will be sending it back beautiful product but does not work as advertised

It stopped working completely after 9 months. And I do not know shone yo hi to for the warranty as it was sold my Amazon. There is no ease of assistance with Amazonnon these cases.

Hi just like to say the clock that I received is lovely the back of the clock has scratch on it around the hole where you hang it on the wall, so just like to let you know.

Excellent product with exceptional customer service when ours had a small problem. Seiko fixed it and returned it to us in really good time.
