Good for building strength in arms

Bought these as I’m doing an online fitness programme, part of which suggests you use a can of beans as a weight. I didn’t feel very secure using a can as my grip isn’t good so bought these instead. Just the right size and weight, they don’t roll and are very secure to grip. Also not very expensive.
