I received the wardrobe with missing parts, and the installation engineer could only assemble about 50% of it. He mentioned he raised a complaint and assured me that the missing parts and another engineer would be sent within 48 hours. It’s been over 5 days now, and no one has come. I’ve reached out to customer care multiple times, only to receive the same scripted response: “someone will contact you.” But no one ever does. I also raised multiple complaints through Amazon, but the seller hasn’t responded at all. This level of poor customer service is shocking, especially from a brand like Wakefit. I had higher expectations. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against buying Wakefit products. Totally disappointed.

Product is too good. No hassle with the product. Product was installed within half an hour without even a edge mismatch. Overall product is awesome if you dont plan to shift your house very often.

Really awesome purchase 😃 At the given price range the wardrobe is: 1. Sturdy - I picked up the packed parts when it arrived and they were very heavy, the touch and feel of the wood is robust, when I knock on the doors the sound is medium to heavy, neither too heavy not too light, overall it seems durable. 2. Great looks and finish- I really love the color and wood pattern, the finishing is perfect and looks simple but regal. Love it🥰 3. Super spacious - A good amount of stuff can be put inside it. I didn't have to use the loft yet, more than what I expected 👍 4. Nice wood smell - I personally liked the wooden smell the product has, nice to open the doors and have a whiff sometimes 😉 5. Undamaged product - I received the product in perfect shape.🙏 6. Very skilled delivery men and installation workers - skilled carpenters who picked the product to the first floor where I live and installed them within no time, I had less space to spare for the installation yet they managed just fine (fyi - installation needs some extra space while the carpenters are setting it up, after it's done then it's not required anymore so free some extra space before hand) I am very happy 😁 Thanks Wakefit, Keep it up🥰👍, Thanks Amazon!
