Urban Fuel Active Carb Blocker with Added Vitamin C, Chitosan & Chromium - 180 Capsules…

I have suffered with weight issues for a few years getting to 17 stone, I was able to loose my weight origonaly by working out very hard, but as soon as I stopped or slacked I found that I was stagnent or putting it back on, I couldnt understand why. I tried alsorts of things to help so that i didnt have to work out intesley for ever, after a whil i thought i would try carb blockers, so I tried this product, after 2 weeks with slight working out I found that i was loosing weight again, I must have been having too many carbs in my diet. after loosing the weight with these tablets and exersice I find i can still have some carbs but when I do I know the product has worked as i have to use the loo not to long after. this has made me think more about what i eat also. This product has not just helped me to loose the weight it has also made me more aware of my diet. what an amaizing product, I now recomend them to everyone.

I bought this product 2 weeks ago, I use it 3 times a day alongside slimming world diet (SW alone my weight lose has been very slow- 1/2 to 1 lb a week) since starting these I have dropped 9lb, they give me more energy so my exercise has stepped up, and I no longer suffer constipation. And other than a bit of wind I’ve had no other side effects, finally something that is helping me see results and stay motivated 😁

I can't say I've noticed a difference weight wise taking it for ½months, and I exercise and intermittent fasting as well. My partner had severe stomach cramps, bloating and diarrhoea and stopped taking it after a few weeks. I had a few digestive issues with it, but nothing as severe as my partner, and it seems to be getting better . I have almost no symptoms after taking it for a month. I will continue for another month to give it a chance, but unlikely to continue

If you’re picking these up and thinking you’ll be able to eat whatever you want when you take these.. then you’re not ready to diet yet, and you need to review the reasons why you want to diet and really decide your goals. Because these are not a miracle pill. You cannot eat tones of donuts and cakes and pasta and expect these pills to cancel it all out. Do they work, yes, but around 10-20% of the carbs you’re putting in. Thats my rough calculation. Sometimes I will still be kicked out of ketosis even tho I’ve followed the low carb diet and taken 2 with each meal. So sometimes I’m unsure if there is the precise amount of ingredients in every capsule. But at the price these are you really can’t get much better unless you go up to £50 a bottle elsewhere, or prescription meds. So yes, limit your diet to 20-50g of carbs a day and take these.. and 70% of the time they will help you maintain ketosis and lose weight. They have helped me to lose an extra 5 pounds during a plateau in weight loss and now in total I’ve lost almost 2 stone. But don’t expect a miracle, eat low carb, and get urine test strips to check your ketosis and SOMETIMES you may have to fast through a couple of meals for an extra kick back into ketosis if you’ve messed up. But these do help.

If you have anxiety or panic disorder please do not buy these, they will make you have none stop panic attacks, I wish I never came across them, they make you feel like you’ve had 1000 coffees, this product should have a warning about if you have mental health issues not to take them, dangerous product in my opinion

Was looking at White Kidney Bean extract supplements, as that seemed to work for me previously - but was also going for the well regarded Apple Cider Vinegar and Chromium Picolinate, separately. Found this item, which had all three in one capsule (along with Vitamin C and Chitosan) so it just made sense in terms of convenience... I was a bit wary of the 'chitosan' bit as had experience of it before - it can of course make you run to the loo if consumed in too high a quantity! The amount included here doesn't appear to have that effect, on me at least - but I'd still suggest trying one instead of two capsules to begin with, just in case. On a side note, I've had supplements that you had to take 20 to 30 minutes before a meal (I had glucomannan powder recently, for example). 10 minutes, as advised with these, is just more convenient if like me, you often forget that you need to take something beforehand! All in all, definitely worth a go, starting out with 1 capsule at a time, perhaps just with evening meals, and see how you progress. I will probably be starting a subscribe and save if these continue to give good results.
