VIVO Medium Breathable Overnight Pull-On, Incontinence Protective Underwear, 11CT

These are very soft and kind of thick all around. They are pretty wide in the groin area. It is tapered, but on me the tapering is more towards the middle of my body, or groin area. I'd like the tapering to be a bit higher. I try to pull them forward, but they eventually slip back. There are some stitching and seams width and length wise.I do the obligatory fluff and fold, which seems to help between the legs. The fold seemed to still create channels length wise. But the fold does not seem to help and the seams make some bunching of the padding and are annoying (why do manufacturers put those in?). As a result I did get a little uncomfortable squeeze from them until it got wet and filled out the padding (thanks gravity). You definitely feel the bulk between the legs when you are standing. Waist is 38", so I could of fit in medium, but I got large. The back is pretty standard thickness and width.Update: These do last about three hours during the day. The one important thing is that they do not chaff. I was able to do my morning 20 minutes on the treadmill without any irritation. It did rub a lot, but no irritation. They also do not stick to your skin, another important feature. However, they do not contain the smell too well. With the tapering between the legs, they are kind of difficult to tell when they are about to leak (there is less padding so you don't get any indication it's time to change--maybe I will develop better sense down there that it needs to be changed compared to others where you can feel the wetness on your hunches).

I can't atest to the absorbency or leak proof capability of this overnight adult diaper. I didn't wear one long enough. The first one I tried only lasted a few hours before the sides tore apart too much. These were their S/M (up to 46" waist) but they are WAY TOO SMALL. I'm a 44" waist and I could barely get one on. When I did, the top of a side seam started to split immediately. During only a few hours of wear, more seams split. Then, they would not stay on at all due to the split seams. So I took them off and put on another competing brand of S/M (up to 46" waist) that fit great. Amazon only carries these VIVO in S/M and XL. No size L. So the remaining VIVO overnight diapers in size S/M were returned for a refund.

This diaper is well made. The quality of the material is impressive. The tapes are perfect. Strong, but yet still removable with a good pull. The outer cover is very soft. Certainly the softest cloth backed diaper I have ever felt. The leg elastics were very stretchy and allow for a snug fit. The only down side was the overall length or waist height of the diaper. It is a low rider. I kept feeling the need to pull it up even though it probably never moved. Good for being discreet, but a few more inches would have made a better fit. Absorbency seems as expected for the thickness. Probably good for 4 wettings.

Too small

Bought some for my grandma to try as this is Prime/FBA, so got 1 bag delivered to her home without any shipping charges. She had been complaining of elastic marks and some chafing on her belly with the previous brand she was using. This brand seems to be much better- fabrics feel really soft to touch and elastic seems gentler. Pull up was a little heavy in the morning but seemed dry on inner surface. She really liked it.

I really liked the softness of the fabric and its absorbency. I was actually able to keep it on the whole day and remained dry till the next morning. The pad part was a bit wider in the crotch and longer than my current product but due to the softness of the pad it didn't hinder my movement in any way. I liked the easy to tear off the sides.

Really soft and well made - fits perfectly. Crotch width near same as our current brand. Found absorbency easily lasted more than 12 hours..product surface remained dry..highly recommend this breathable product for sensitive skin.
