With the proper installation, this unit works like a powerhouse, the appearance is sleek and pleasing, competitively priced, the controller is at the front of the unit. It's heat transfer and capacity is super efficient and you have the option for external pump and timer control. It's simply the best.

Great water heater, but there is a lot of information that you need to know before you buy it. It doesn’t give you the vent and it was a special type. Installation was not easy only because we did not have the proper information. The hot water heater is great, but more information should be sent with the product.

The water heater takes up much less space than a traditional tank type. The water lines were difficult to get placed right and we had to redo them to elimitate leaks. I still have a drip that requires a bucket under it. The water take several minutes to heat up even on areas very close to the heater. Once hot, it maintains even water temperature unless someone turns some hot water on at another area. We have seen a reduction in our energy use with this heater.
