Nothing to complain so far, happy with the performance.

It is just like the description. it was my husband's Christmas gift. It works perfectly. It was easy to ensemble. It is portable, but heavy to carry on.

Since this is the only one that I have used so I can’t make comparison. It provides what I need such as sending balls to different places (same distance from net. To change this I have to adjust head), changing ball speed and frequency. It’s easy to install. The real problem is ball jam. I talked to support to learn how to make it work again. It’s easy. It happened 3 times in one month. The support person was friendly and knows how to deal with it.

The machine is good; however, to adjust the spin (backspin, topspin, etc.), you have to manually do this through the head unit. These should be added to the control panel so that it can be adjusted electronically.
