Installed in my 2012 Grand Cherokee SRT. Much better than the old school OEM touchscreen. Boots up quick, connects to my phone in no time and touchscreen is super responsive. Had to purchase a (kinda expensive) wiring harness to keep the steering wheel controls, and was trying to find something to keep my stock rear camera but was unsuccessful after a few attempts so will have to eventually install the camera that came with it. CarPlay works great, ability to play Netflix, Disney+, etc is great for the little ones in the back (just can’t use CarPlay at the same time as using your phone for a hotspot). The ability to adjust the height and angle of the screen is nice. Disconnecting the screen is a little bit if a hassle if you have the screen mounted fairly close to the dash, putting the screen back on isn’t bad, but aligning the wiring pins on the back has to be perfect, accidentally was off by one pin and screen wouldn’t work. The pins themselves are flimsy and done seem to be designed to be unhooked and reattached often, I’m afraid they will bend and break over time, but I also dont really plan on removing the screen much just have been while messing with the rear camera wires and installing unit for steering wheel controls, etc. and maybe if I park the truck somewhere for an extended period. Reached out to customer service about some of the features and they were very quick to reply and helped me figure things out pretty quickly. Overall super happy with my purchase.

I've had this unit for about 2 yrs now and it's starting to go out. If you live in a hot climate this unit isn't for you.Screen will go black and not show till the unit cools off. Also heavy vibration will cause pixel interruptions

I installed it on my 2014 4Runner, and it fits perfectly.

I got this radio back late August, Ive had multiple issues but after over 30 emails and photos their tech/customer support is Outstanding, they sent new firmware trying to resolve issues and almost daily communication, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day, all said and done figured it was a wire hooked up incorrectly, once that was configured correctly unit works great, they never backed off always made contact were with me every step, this has been the best customer service Ive ever seen.

If you use apple car play. I still have not figured out how to connect to my wifi or hot spot. Also freezes up on me seems to happen more and more.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to set up, fits great! Read the reviews and got the 8 core! No lag at all. This is an awesome product and connects to the phone super quick. Get it! Also has mirror imaging and used the hot spot on my phone for Netflix

Died after one year of use. Screen stop responding and the unit sometime will not turn on. Asurion refunded my money. If you decide to buy this i recommend that you buy the insurance.
