I really like this mask. It is simple to use and well made. Unfortunately, after six months, one of the light features stopped working but the company responded very quickly and replaced it right away. They have excellent customer service and a one year warranty.

This mask is very soft and comfortable to wear. Easy to operate. After research I learned not all red light therapies are the same. You need to make sure the red light is at least 620 nm. I love that it has a face and neck part. The Velcro is intense (not sure it needs to be that strong!) but manageable. After a few months of use (at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes at a time) I can definitely see a change in my skin for the better. And, half the lights stopped working. Once I contacted the seller, they responded immediately and resolved the issue with a replacement under warranty. No hassles. Great customer service. Everyone needs to be using red light therapy and bonus having a good seller backing their product!

Love the mask and neck set. After under 39 days of careful use, the face mask light went out. Was disappointed. But, contacted the seller and they were great at sending a new one out immediately. The next day! Pray it doesn’t go out again, love the product.

I purchased this mask in October of 2025. I opened it, charged the battery and used it that same day. It was extremely easy to use and the instructions were very clear. After using the mask for only a couple of days I could tell a difference in the tightness of my skin. It feels so much softer, looks brighter, and I can tell a difference in the sagging of my jowls. I have worked up to using the mask 5 days a week. I use it upon waking. I wash my face, put it on then make coffee, put the dogs out and read my emails. Requires no effort. The woman who does my facials commented that she can tell the difference in the texture and elasticity of my skin. I am sold!!!! I did have an issue with the battery and emailed the company. Their customer service is top notch. They responded to my email within a couple of hours. Within a couple of days they sent me a whole new kit, which was appreciated but not necessary. I have never received that kind of customer service.

Started out fantastic, both face and neck mask lite up and was able to select the various colors. Initially couldn't figure out how to auto cycle thru the various colors but customer support clarified straight away how to do this. Unfortunately within first 7 days of using, the face mask no longer turns on and the neck mask only illuminates a few lights vs all the lights as it originally did. When electronics fail, it should occur early rather than later! After receiving a replacement unit, it failed in less time than the first. It’s a pity we could not have a functional unit long enough to see any improvements! I've since contacted customer service and they're procuring a replacement unit. Their response time has been fast, further update will be provided after we've used the replacement for longer than the initial unit.

Love this mask! I spent over a year looking for a good quality LED mask and stumbled upon this brand on TikTok. I don't regret a thing choosing this brand. I've been using this mask every other day and can already tell a difference in my skin. My pores appear tighter, my inflammation is down, and I have a nice glow. I can't wait to continue using this and seeing wear my skin journey will end up down the road. It's easy to put on and comes with several different light settings and levels. My only other recommendation would be for the brand to put a little pamphlet dedicated to the different light settings and how you can mix them into your routines. They do have them printed in the directions but I think a book dedicated around the settings on their mask would be really neat. The appearance is sleek and also comes with a bag to hold your mask in for travel or easy storage. It also comes with the neck piece that many other companies would charge tons of money to buy separately so that's another huge plus. The mask quality is soft to put on your face and doesn't feel like you're putting on a plastic costume mask. I highly recommend buying from this brand as they just gained me for life!

I love it! I just used it for a week but I appreciate how easy to use this is. No need for longer cords, thus making it portable. It is travel-friendly and plus, there’s different colors to choose from which targets both the face and the neck. The red light therapy has 630 nm, which is the needed wavelength to experience the best skin benefits. 🤍

The LED light therapy appeared to be working well but after only 2 weeks the electrical cord going into the face mask came out and I had to return and get a replacement.

The Nourished Bodynskin LED face and neck mask is comfortable and light to use. I purchased mine a month ago. I use the mask 5 to 6 nights a week for at least 15 minutes, primarily on the red function. My interest in purchasing was reduction of photo ageing and inflammation. I have had psoriasis and immediately found a reduction in inflammation and itching. I researched many brands of these masks before choosing and found the Nourished Bodynskin product to be spot on in terms of wavelengths and irradiance strength particularly for skin rejuvenation. I have not been disappointed. Over the period of the month since purchase I have noted an increased evening out of my general complexion and a glow or radiance making the skin look rested and healthy, no psoriasis flairs and reduction of previous "itchy spots". It's been easy, comfortable and very relaxing to use. When some of the lights stopped working I contacted the seller and they were so lovely and courteous, they offered to replace with a new unit immediately. The next day I had my replacement mask! Barely a pause of my routine. I definitely recommend this mask. It's good quality, has the specs and Nourished bodynskin are kind and fair if you need any help or have technical issues. Worth the 5 stars.
