Bought for grandson who loves football and has thoroughly enjoyed the read

Can't believe it's true because I loved the last 3 books, but this is my favourite in the series so far. Immediately from page one, you feel like your back with the gang, everything is familiar and your'e feeling everything they feel. Then the emotion and the excitement starts and you go through the book as one of them. Excellent pace and descriptions leave you unable to put the book down. Great for raising awareness of Cystic Fibrosis and will help children going through the same things as Charlie does, feel less alone, and also encourage them to take charge and be sensible In managing their CF. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought this (and the previous 3 books) for my 10 yr old nephew, I've never seen him so engrossed in a book before. He read all the books in no time, and is already asking when the 5th & final book in the series is due out. if your child loves football, you seriously cannot go wrong with these books.

My grandson told me las week he has begun to read this book and he thinks it's great. He is 8 yrs old.

This is my favourite instalment of the series so far. The football matches were as always well told however it's what goes on in between games that really attach you to these characters. The grudge match against the rivals cannot be far away.

We were so excited to get started on part 4 of the Charlie Fry series and it didn't disappoint. Another fantastic Charlie Fry adventure!

Bought for my 8 year old. He loved it and actually wanted to go to bed and read which is a miracle in itself!

My son (age 10) loves this series of books, so much so, he wanted to write a letter to the author to tell him how good the books are. Praise doesn't get much better than that!
