Initially I got defective pcs, later I get it exchanged. I immerse them into water for 24 hrs before use, in water entire white coating comes out and colour of candles turns yellowish, it seems that company is sending refurbished product putting some white powder coating. I am using these filters from very long time and I never seen that candle will turn yellow just after water immersion.

Today's package of 3 candles all are broken. Package opened front of delivery boy and returned to him same package. Kindly check and provide fresh piece.
