I bought this so I could add an amp and sub to my 2020 Tacoma TRD Sport Double Cab without cutting or splicing into any factory wiring. I cut this harness in half and spliced into it to get inputs from factory head unit to aftermarket amp. Worked perfectly. Connectors fit factory HU and wiring harness perfectly too. Sound quality couldn't be better and everything can easily be restored to factory in the future if I sell the truck. You will need basic wiring and soldering skills to modify this harness to use it like I did, but don't let that stop you because it's very easy. I would buy this again if I ever needed to. Hope this helps!

This connector when cut in half makes installing aftermarket amps into your 3rd Gen Tacoma a plug and play installation. I had two Kicker amps running and did not cut or modify any wiring in my truck.
