I bought this for my sister who recently had a baby. She had some issues during the birth so sitting is very painful. Some of the cushions I looked at had a tailbone cut out, but this goes a step further. Since the cutout is extended, it takes the pressure off of her girly bits, too. The cushion itself is made of a thick memory foam that molds to her shape. It really helps to evenly distribute the pressure. It has a fleece cover and the bottom has little nubbies that prevent it from sliding around.

This cushion is a great size, and just enough firmness to not go flat and has good support. The underside has little nonslip textured fabric. It also has a scoop out of the back of the cushion for your tailbone. Very good quality.

I work from home; I had lower back surgery a few years ago. I was having mid and upper back issues and decided to see if a donut-type seat cushion would work better than the more popular horseshoe type (that I already have and doesn't help) The donut seat seems to be assisting with my alignment and I have been able to walk away from my long days at the computer without mid and upper back pain.

Literally I keep this in my SUV. I'll order another soon. My cousin actually told me about this. Her grandson plays football so sitting on those concrete benches saves a butt, lol 😃😁 Really I take to restaurants that offer you a seat and it's all wood, not for my cutie booty! It works and I know it does, because the "Booty" knows😅🤣😂

I wish it could have been a little bit wider and what I like about it the cushions is very durable and to not hard

OMG let me tell you - this was my 3rd choice to help my leg/rear end! I pulled a hamstring and literally can NOT sit - so first I bought one of those cushions that is suppose to be the softest - NOPE - then I got the gel one - NOPE and then here came my answer to prayer! Why is this one working? simple - wherever you have pain you place that part in the hole! OMG I can sit again while slowly healing! I think EVERY HOUSEHOLD needs one of these! No joke - it's that great!

I recently purchased this donut for my husband. He is recovering from surgery and needs pressure relief on his backside. He said the donut is too hard and small for his medium-framed size.

Size and fit were ok and would purchase again if needed.
