These work great but I wish they weren't so hard to swallow. I'm a person who can take a handful of pills at one time. With these I have to take one at a time and even then they get stuck. I'll continue to take them because they help with my sleep and legs. Please fix your pills so they are easier to swallow, ty.

I really like this supplement. I knew instantly that it works because I became more regular in the restroom. Also, my muscle soreness improved along with my sleep quality.

I have bad insomnia. Someone told me to try magnesium and hour before I would normally sleep. So I tried this and now I sleep better than I have in years. Fair warning though, if you take to much magnesium, it will give you diarrhea.
