I am very pleased with my hair conditioner that I have received as my hair was very brittle and dry. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner and found them both to be very good. My hair has a different feel and I can see the difference in just a few washes. I would recommend this product to anyone who has hair loss or thinning. It may not make the hair grow but it does may it feel fuller and I am happy with that.

I love this conditioner. I bought the matching shampoo to go with it. I have extensions, a Brazilian and also colour my hair so need to be careful what products I use. I have found it makes my hair soft and keeps it in good condition. Thank you ArtNaturals, you lived up to expectations!

I love this line of hair products. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 18 months and the difference to the feel and look of my hair is amazing. Unfortunately, I am now a bit upset. After trying many ways to contact both Amazon and this company about my recent issue with no luck I am now putting this on a review in the hope that it is responded to and the way to resolve is published so that anybody with similar issues can resolve them more easily. I ordered 2 bottles of conditioner and 2 body washes at the same time, the body washes arrived but the conditioner did not even though it stated that it was in the same parcel. I had also ordered 2 bottles of shampoo and only one arrived in the parcel despite saying 2. Whilst I feel a bit ripped off about the money as the products are not the cheapest, I am very upset as I am worried about buying the items again in case the same things happen but I have run out of both items now and my hair is looking flat and dull. Ordered 2 bottles. One came without a pump and one came with the pump already twisted and opened.

This shampoo and conditioner have been one of my favorite purchases/product discoveries of the last few years. I made the purchase based on the rave reviews and in a state of hopelessness to find anything that could tame my Hermione hair. My hair isn't even damaged, it just gets so frizzy and out of control, and the English weather (I'm from the states) was not helping. After using this, I literally threw out the expensive other products I was using. I use it every day, following the strange instructions, and my hair is thick, soft, heavy curls all day. I just can't believe it. I'm sure your hair is different than mine, but this is worth the gamble. Run these reviews through a review checker and you'll see the hype is real. Take a chance on this.

I bought the shampoo, conditioner and leave in treatment. After almost 6 months using it I can't say it has made any difference. The quality seems ok, but it just like any other shampoo; the plastic bottles they come in I thought were poor quality the top lids brook easily.

I did have a very dry, itchy and flaky scalp. It was worse in winter but seemed to come and go. I bought the neat argan oil, and this really helped, i would put it on directly to my scalp once a week, wrap my head in cling film and leave on overnight if possible. This was good, but it did not get rid of the problem. I bought this conditiioner and the shampoo and they are fantastic. I use probably once to twice a week, leave the shampoo on for 10 monutes, and then the conditioner on for 10 minutes to let it work. For me these products have sorted my scalp out. It is no longer sore, flaky or has any problems at all. I would not be without these products.

I have the shampoo and conditioner and use them as I like my hair products sulphate free but also get an itchy scalp quite easily. The products work well and the conditioner smells okay but the tar shampoo does smell like you have washed your hair in petrol! Worth it is your head gets as itchy as mine and you can use hair oil post-shower to get rid of the smell.

This product made my hair feel so soft and shiny I love it. It also feels so much more healthier

Love the product, but the packaging is an issue. Happy the time these arrive with the pump broken. Leaves my hair soft, shiny and not overly scented. Great if you have a smoothing system - like a keratin treatment.
