This inexpensive camera exceeded my expectations in several ways. I installed as a front facing camera so I could closely approach poles in parking spots. Installation was easy following the clear instructions. The 1080P image is perfect and is kept sharp by the bright LEDs. The camera is installed above the Honda symbol in the photo and is hardly noticeable. The display was mounted in an available cubby. Best of all, i can now park within a few inches of poles without nudging them.

Outstanding camera and monitor! Very clear image and adjustable brightness/contrast/saturation, etc. are A+. Set up is easy and a really well-done installation video is available if you require additional info. I did contact Yakry by e-mail, and their response was immediate and very helpful, no run around or Customer service personal that didn't have answers to my inquiries. I purchased the Yakry Y14 for use on my tractor to enable better and more comfortable monitoring of rear implement(s) operation, no more stiff necks!

Great back up cam! Good quality LED lighting and very sturdy construction. Seller includes 1: camera (roughly 1x1inch) mounted on a license plate bracket (length of top of license plate, roughly 3/4 in wide and less than 1/4 in thick... So very easy to fit!) 2: connection wire (more than enough length for my sedan) 3: extra "just in case" wire 4: easy connectors if you choose to install by connecting to rear/brake lights 5: 12V”cigarette lighter" attachment with push on/off button if you choose to install for continuous view or manual operation (including another length of wire) 6: sturdy monitor for viewing and 7: easy to understand installation manual... With links to a video of how to install. (PS: if that link is in a language you don't speak, just Google the product name and add 'installation'... There's a ton on YouTube) Installation is fairly easy, especially if you've ever installed subwoofers... Run the cable from the back license plate to the dash through the side panels... And just plug in the pre-terminated leads to the camera itself and the other side to to monitor. Monitor comes with 3m sticky strips for day mounting, but seller is awesome and will send you a suction mount if that is not compatible (like my Pontiac with curved dash.....ugh) Install is easy, if it is above your technical abilities just ask a savvy friend or your favorite mechanic.... Should be less than an hour to do a very good job. The camera is good quality, and I've had no problems with rain/snow etc. If it fogs up during major weather changes, this is unavoidable to my knowledge (think of your back windows....) But the lights definitely help. It's not a 4k resolution.... But do you really want that just for backing up? The camera has saved me many times backing out of a sloped driveway onto a very very busy street, so I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a solid solution. There may be better cameras or whatever, but in my opinion, this does a fantastic job, doesn't break the bank, and I will be getting another for my parents, GF, and a friend who works with a distribution company and always complains about backing up box trucks. No more blind spots! Anyone in the delivery/service industry, this is an inexpensive way to make your life SO MUCH easier

I have a school bus I am converting into a motorhome and I purchased this camera to install in place of my rear view mirror (since I can't use it through my walls.) I have not permanently mounted it yet, but tested it with daylight, in total darkness and tested how it responds to headlights (both low-beam and high-beam.) Full daylight provides a clear enough picture; not top of the line, but it definitely serves the purpose I got it for - to see behind me while driving. Full darkness is very grainy, so I won't be using it without reverse lights. Partial light (such as with backup/reverse lights on) produces a nice, clear, black and white image. It actually takes very little additional light, and doesn't seem to matter if the light is white, or even amber. I don't have hours of use yet, but what I have seen indicates it will be fine for the rear-view use. The components are well built, and easy to install. Took me less than five minutes to set it all up and test it using the provided cigarette lighter plug. The display screen is responsive too (actually had to back up because it was responding faster than I expected.) Some complain about the display angle being too narrow, but when mounted to the top of my bus, I get plenty of range. If someone needs more view, they can get the second camera (free, for now after purchase of this kit) and mount the cameras towards the outside edges of their rig. If you are looking for a decent rear-view camera, at a reasonable price-point... look no further.

Works great I tow alot its nice to be able to watch my trailer while im driving easy plug and play And night vision works great too definitely recommend!

I purchased this system for my truck and travel trailer. The system is super easy to setup and I love the 12v plug. I didn't have to dig into the wires on my truck, just plug in the system. The power runs through the cable so finding power for the rear trailer camera is not needed like my old system. I didn't have to root out my trailer wiring to power the system. This setup doesn't use AVI cables which I never cared for. It comes with 4 pin connectors that fit snug together with a lock ring on them. Won't rattle loose or gather dirt . The monitor has a very sharp and crisp picture with many adjustments and settings. I have a 2 camera system with one on the rear bumper on my truck which I made removable and one on the rear bumper of my 19ft travel trailer which is the license bracket camera and is permanent. I only use the truck camera when backing up to the hitch, remove camera, unscrew the camera lead, screw into trailer lead and I have my rear view camera behind the trailer. It's a great view out the back and I can see traffic behind my trailer clearly. It also is super for backing the trailer into a spot. Love the system and I can store my components inside till I need them. Super quick setup...less than 5 minutes when I want to use it. They sell this system with one camera....and they don't sell the additional camera separately. Once you purchase the system above.... read the manual and brochure ! There is an e-mail address you contact for cool stuff. There's a couple of different gift packages that are free...yes, free. I thought right. I wrote and ask for the second license plate camera which was package #3. To my surprise I was immediately contacted by Kayla from customer service and was told my camera is on the way...Really? Cool... Still skeptical, I waited and dang if it didn't show up as promised. Wow...truly free with no shipping! Please read all the literature closely and claim your free gift. This is a great offer if you want an awesome system with free components. All for a good price. Superb Customer Service and we need more sellers like this. Constant communications which kept me informed. Can't say enough good stuff about these guys and I love the system. The quality is top notch compared to my old system which I paid more for. The camera/monitor came with a very long camera-to-monitor cable, 44'. Since I installed the unit in my boat, I needed a much shorter cable. I contacted the vendor by email and within 2 hours I received a reply. After checking inventory the next day, she emailed me asking if a 23'cord would work. I immediately responded yes and 3 days later I received the cable at no charge. The camera and monitor installation with the shorter cable was easy. I mounted the monitor at the helm and the display, while boat is in the shed for winter, was excellent. Very crisp colors and definition. I know the aft view will be very valuable, while docking in tight marina slips. Excellent customer service without a single hassle. I highly recommend this vendor for any items she has listed on Amazon.

Cameras work great and the wire length options were perfect for my bus. There is no lag and the picture quality is awesome! It adds a level of safety that I was missing without a camera.
