Good quality for laser projects

We reorder this a lot. They are always flat not warped. Size is consistent and packaging is great.

I've burned through several hundred sheets of this type of material. Unfortunately quality has dropped and my recent two batches are full of knots in the center ply. The knots block the laser beam and prevent cutting. There is no way to know where the knots will appear or how large they are before cutting. In attached images you can see it causes significant scorching on the side the beam enters, and doesn't go thru the back at all. I pealed away the top ply to see what was going on and that revealed the knots. I have had significant increase in waste product and have to use a blade to finish which often breaks fine cut pieces. May be fine for crafters but not for business volume. The seller was nice enough to respond quickly and have a conversation with me about it. I don't believe they have control over the product quality.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the boards had some warpage to them, it is almost to be expected with this type of material nothing so bad some extra magnets on my laser bed didn't fix the problem. Overall great product and a really good price. Will purchase again in the future.

This was a gift. It was sent in a large box. It seemed to have arrived alright but I thought it could use a bit more package buffer.

They quality of the wood is great. Perfect for my project!
