I loved everything about this juice cleanse. I was a first timer and did a lot of research before going with Suja. The great thing about this product is that I was able to purchase individual bottles at Target and Whole Foods to see if I would like the flavors and I did. Let me start by saying that I am a major foodie so the thought of going 3 days without solid food seemed unbearable. I decided to try the cleanse in part as a tester so that I could increase the amount of days if I were able to get through 3, to reset my body and to loose some water weight. I thought I would have major withdrawals: grouchy, headaches , stomach pains and of course miss food. Surprisingly none of that happened. I wasn't hungry at all for solid food. I felt pretty satisfied throughout my days and had great levels of energy. Granted I did stay home for the 3 days with light activity. The drinks although very green and veggie filled are pretty tasty. I had no problem drinking them. I'm not a fan of ginger but it is not as potent in one of the drinks so it was doable. I did not weigh myself prior to starting the cleanse but definitely felt a difference in my clothes. I've kept a pretty decent diet going on since and have been told I look like I'm loosing weight so the purpose of resetting and loosing water weight def helped. The packaged was delivered ahead of time which was great and came in a foam cooler with ice packs. It was nice and cold and ready to drink. This was an awesome first time juice cleanse experience which I will be doing again for 5 days this time. Unfortunately the 5 day cleanse isn't available on here so I guess I'll double up on the 3 day package and make it a 6 day cleanse. Can't hurt.

This is my second time doing the 3-day fresh start juice cleanse. I am generally a healthy person, but every once in a while need a little kick in the butt to get back on track and this is what the SUJA cleanse does for me. The most surprising of all, I really am not hungry while juicing. I wouldn't say I have as much energy as I normally do, but I can take 3 days off from exercise to do this cleanse and get back into the groove. The juices don't taste great, but that is a given when the juice is ONLY veggies. I do get a major headache the first day, but probably because I am a coffee addict. During the cleanse, you don't crave bad things, you only crave real food- I guess from the lack of chewing. The after effect is amazing. My skin was clear and glowing, I dropped (and kept off) 4 pounds, and my stomach was much smaller so the small portions filled me up. I will without a doubt do this cleanse again when needed.

I was happy to see all the good reviews about this product, which made my decision easy when choosing the cleanse for me. I was expecting the cleanse juices to taste like celery as many reviews stated they did. I figured I could choke them down if this was the case, much like a V8 juice! Unfortunately, it was NOT like that at all! The first drink was chuggable and more tolerable , but spicy (has caeyanne pepper in it)- I thought that it wasn’t so bad. Then, the second one was all kale tasting; if I liked kale it would not have been bad, but I dislike kale more than any other vegetable!! It overpowered all the fruit ingredients! I took like an hour to finish even half of the drink and began thinking there was NO way I could drink four more like it! I only got through like two or three a day. It would have been easier to have a certain time to drink each one to keep me more on track to get through all six. To my dismay, the third one I was supposed to drink was red and tasted mainly like beets, the second worse tasting vegetable to me. :( Long story short, I did not successfully complete this cleanse, I took them to work and let people at work try them and even they were not a huge fan. I still have so many in my fridge just sitting there. I did end up liking the “Fuel” one with tumeric in it because the pineapple flavor overpowers the other ingredients, and it actually tastes the best. Other than that, not worth the money, and if you plan to buy, make sure you like the taste of Kale and Beets! And yes you will be in the bathroom much of the day so if you are working long hours, do it at a time when you are at home- just a word of advice! And have broth type soups available for when your stomach is starving! Wish I had better things to say as it seemed like a good deal for the price and was packaged lovely.

Here are a few things - agree with the one review on delivery was not clear on arrival so I needed to wait a little before starting it. I did not want to start on a weekend and it came on a Thursday. It is for 3 days. However the package it came in was great, packed well and clearly you knew it was the juice. These juices have a lot of veggies packed in and in the descriptions I will note tastes but keep in mind there is a lot more in there then the main flavor. Only on day 1 and I started with warm water and a tbl of apple cider vinegar. Not great but got it down. 8 am with Glow. You must like celery or this juice cleanse will not be for you. Glow tastes like celery and maybe a hint of apple. Didn't love the taste but I can tolerate celery. The texture is nice and smooth with makes it easier. I was nauseous in the morning after my first drink but that is probably because my body was adjusting. I was fine after a couple hours. 11 am Fuel. Carrots. You must like carrots or this will not be for you. It mostly tastes like carrots and a hint of orange. 2:45 pm Got busy and had some tea so was not really hungry. Purify. Has different stuff from Glow but tastes pretty much like Glow, celery. Tolerable, will see how I feel after having a few more. 4pm ish Fiji, again heavy on the celery flavor. I am just not sure I am into liquefied celery? The taste is getting to me. I did finish the bottle though. 6pm - it is dinner time and I should be drinking the green supreme and I did have a few sips, this is mostly apple so I like it the second best. I just really wanted to get the vanilla cloud though so I mostly skipped green supreme and went for the vanilla. This one is very tasty compared to the others if you like coconut and vanilla flavors plus it is a little thicker like a shake. Done for the night started to get hungry around 10p, went to bed at around 11p. Next day. Woke up not too hungry but not really ready to get the celery juice down and that is the first drink of the day. I do feel less inclined to eat poorly however and also I don't feel like eating as much which are some things I set out to do. Decided one day of juicing is good for now and will drink the others as a supplement rather then the whole day. Note: these do have a short shelf life due to the freshness so you will need to consume them within about 5 days from arrival. I would say if you've never done all juice all day this might be tough for you given the pure veggie and fruit of the contents. While this is great it may be hard for some people. I do like veggies but don't love them and the green bottles were hard for me to get through. If you want to be healthier and do not have much time these might be a nice supplement. Green supreme, fuel and vanilla cloud are better tasting and all natural. The others are not bad tasting I just particularly don't like the heavy celery flavor. Wrapping up I am pleased overall with this product. I think they are very healthy and manufactured in a way that is the best possible for not making them yourself. I think the price is very reasonable considering what other juice companies charge and if you were to buy all of the veggies/fruits and time spent doing it yourself. I believe if the taste could be less celery I would give it a 5.

This is one of the very best tasting juice cleanses I have done! Loving each flavor. Signed up for the 3 day cleanse and waiting for it to arrive - LOVING THE AMAZON PRIME FREE SHIPPING!!! - so, until then, I raided my local Whole Foods and began to cleanse. This will be my 3rd juice cleanse and by far the easiest and tastiest. I already feel healthier and I'm ready to rid myself of the sweet tooth I have once again acquired. Suja rocks. To everyone that is frowning upon juicing: I began my journey in February 2013 after watching Joe Cross and his documentary, Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. I juiced and moaned for a few weeks and then through a local juice bar, a good raw/vegan diet & also raw fruit & veggie smoothies and my vitamin and just flying by the seat of my pants every single day, my journey that began with baby steps ended over 3 months later with me losing over 50 lbs. Here I am now, after i splurged at Thanksgiving - 75 lbs lighter than i was when this entire journey began almost a whole year ago....and I am still loving to reset and remind my body of the fresh nutrients it really needs. Suja Juice is fabulous. You will not be sorry.

I was very excited to try this cleanse after reading some good reviews by bloggers online. I have my own juicer and make them most mornings, but after the new year I wanted to do something new and figured this would make it simple and easy! Amazon has the best price I could find, especially if you have Prime because of the free shipping. My juices shipped 2 days after ordering and arrived 2 days after that. They were still very cold because they come with good quality ice packs inside. The juices look great! I prepared for the cleanse as they advised by cutting out sugars/meats/alcohol and sticking to mostly fruits and veggies the day before. I woke up the first morning very excited, but that slowly changed. All of the drinks were disgusting besides the orange one and the dessert one. Like I said before, I am used to green juices but it was hard to suck these down. I felt tired, draggy, and hungry the entire first day. I ended up eating half a banana and a sweet potato because I felt so bad. I was hoping the second day would be better, but it was exactly the same. I was hungry and could barely get myself off the couch to do anything. I couldn't even finish some of the drinks (especially the red one) because they were so gross. The third day when I woke up, I couldn't take it anymore. I decided to stop the cleanse (as much as it killed me because I paid so much for it). I probably a lost a couple pounds just in water weight, but I didn't feel any better after the cleanse at all. Complete waste of money. I recommend investing in your own Breville Compact Juicer ($99 on Amazon) and buying your own organic veggies to juice. It is much more cost effective in the long run and they will taste a lot better than this!

I received the 3-Day Fresh Start in two days in a nicely packaged box with ice packs. The juice arrived cold and fresh! I was both nervous and excited to start the program because this was my first time ever doing a juice-only cleanse. The first day was surprisingly easy, the flavors were all really good (I labeled the juice caps to help me remember the correct order to consume them.) I also drank a bottle of water after each juice to help keep me full and hydrated. The second day was a bit more challenging.I read that if you needed to, you could eat raw fruits and veggies so I nibbled on some carrots and celery in the afternoon because I needed something crunchy. By the third day, I felt like I could continue the rest of the week. Although I didn't weigh myself, I felt lighter. I also felt the healthiest and most rejuvenated I've been in years. I would absolutely recommend the Suja 3-Day Fresh Start to anyone. It's an amazing product and I will definitely be buying this again!

I've done this 3 day cleanse once but it's awesome! I was never hungry, no need to cheat therefore never cranky! I did have a headache the majority of the first day prob from lack of caffiene but not a terrible one. Otherwise I felt great and could tell my body was happy getting all those necessary nutrients, vitamins and minerals we truly never get enough of. Really would love doing this once a month if it weren't as expensive but it is a great price for what you're getting! It's awesome to not have to cook for 3 days too. Don't get me wrong 2 of the green juices and the beet one were not delicious IMO (the other 3 were!!!) But don't be a baby just give it a few good chugs and your body will thank you!
