I am using the product because some people report that it helps gut health. So far I have experienced less bloating when using the product, so this is working for me. It also is suggested to help people on fasting and keto for fat burning, however you need to do your own reasearch. Tablets come in capsules with easy to swallow coating and as with other products by same manufacturer are of a good quality. I take after a snack or food. Value for money, however I cannot comment on pain level, just pelased it appears to be helping my stomach.
