Great cold and instant hot water, easy to replace 5gallon jug just slide in at floor. Had it for 3 years now and it’s working perfectly

Had it 4-5 months, worked awesome. Then it stopped cold turkey, no power to the pump. All trouble shooting references bad connections and cleaning tank - but those are with the pump working. There is no reset I can see, no relay between pump and panel. Such a disappointment. Go to a big box store, buy the warranty and go in person when these stop working.

DO NOT BUY FROM AVALON. We purchased their water cooler and it lasted only 15 months and stopped working. There is almost zero customer service. You have to email them and then their instructions don’t apply to your model and don’t work.

It randomly drops a little bit of water every now and then, but it's very little and not a big deal. I would compare it to when our top mount dispenser would randomly start bubbling for a second. Love the hot/cool/cold options and not having to lift and tip.

Arrived with a broken hinge on the door. Contacted customer service. After going through an explanation and several steps they agreed that it could not be fixed and sent us a new one. The second one lasted 2 weeks before we walked in to find several gallons of water on our hard wood floors. After contacting customer service again, they determined it was a defective "float valve" for the cold water tank lid. They are sending us a new valve. But I'll never trust it again and, assuming it works after replacing the valve, I'm going to unplug it any time I'm away from the house for an extended time. I still need to make another trip to electronic recycling to dump the first broken one they sent me, not to mention having to dispose of the additional box and packing materials. I had a different brand previously, one that lasted more than 5 years with no problems and definitely sturdier than this one. I may just toss this one and try another brand. What a piece of junk.

4/28 I installed It. So far this Is great. Nice style, easy to work and size Is just right. I like this feature overall. I will be back after I finish the 5 gallon water bottle and give my input.
