I had been feeling a little “off” and suspected low estrogen. I started using Boost and started feeling more in balance and emotionally better. I definitely think it has helped me boost estrogen and have more hormonal balance which I so desperately needed. Easy to swallow, doesn’t smell.

I took this for 3 cycles, along with the progesterone pills in other half of my cycle. Neither worked. I tracked my pdg and estrogen with another Proov complete set and it looked like my levels somewhat went up after taking the pills but not enough to predict ovulation. Got a score of 50, which is not terrible because I got a score of 0 the first time I took the complete kit. Very frustrating but I decided to go another route (wisdom of the womb teas, acupuncture and my first appointment with the fertility specialist). Once I get blood work done, I will know for sure what my issue is. I recommend going to see a specialist, instead of relying on Proov. It may have worked for others and I’m so happy it did 🥰 but for me, I’m patiently waiting. Baby dust to us all, not giving up!

Its good but i cant afford $60 a month for 2 pills a day. Ill look for something less pricy

I usually ovulate like clockwork every month and so this cycle being my first taking this, I kind of skipped around with it and it pushed off my ovulation day two days past its usual day.

I wanted to boost my estrogen level and i read a lot about it. I really like the product

I usually use them while on my period for an extra boost of estrogen. It advises to use the first 14 days of your period. They are regular sized pills, not small or extremely large but fairly easy to swallow which I appreciate! They consist of an herbal blend of Evening Primrose Oil Powder, Red Clover Extract, Dong Quai Root Powder, and Black Cohosh Extract which are all ideal for estrogen production and supplementation. I will always opt for anything with natural ingredients. I really like them and would recommend!
