Revs, Reflexology Massage Insoles. Revitalise Your Sole and way to walk your way to well-being. I love these in-soles and think they are definitely worth the money! I bought the Revs flip flops earlier in the summer and thought they were great, so thought I would try the in-soles now I have moved to wearing shoes and boots for winter. I am on my feet a lot and get pain in the ball of my foot but I find these really supportive. It says on the box that you would need to cut them to fit your shoes - I didn't need to but don't think it would be a problem, you wouldn't lose any of the nodules. It only took me a day or two to get used to the flip flops so it was fine moving to these in-soles. I would highly recommend these, lovely company to deal with - they are very happy to help.

I have plantar fasciitis so I’m used to having endless problems with my feet. I was a bit unsure about ordering these insoles but, out of desperation, I decided to give them a go and I’m glad I did. I’ve been remodelling my garden this year and have spent a lot of time on my feet, both walking back and forth and standing for hours, something that usually makes my feet very uncomfortable. These insoles really helped. I had to trim them to fit my trainers but that was easy to do. They felt a bit odd at first but, after a few days of wear, I forgot about them. At the end of the day, my feet don’t ache and I don’t feel the old impatience to just sit down and take the weight off my feet. That’s a great result for me!

Upside: work as required and as similar items bought in previous years. they are robust and are likely to last Downside: as they are robust (and quite thick) they do not fit in all my footwear as they take up too much room. I can't afford to replace all my shoes!

Dont try wearing these for a whole day straight off, get used to them ove a few days but then you'll wonder how you lived without them. These are brilliant for a day on your feet, my legs are never so tired after a long day with these on compared to without. Really love them, especially with a barefoot shoe, then you get the best of all worlds imo, flexibility with a foot massage.

I do find them a little uncomfortable so what I did was put a thin foam insole on top of them. I can still feel the nodules but they no longer hurt. I have them in my slippers, don't think I could fit them into shoes unless they were very roomy. I think they're very expensive for what they are

Following a Morton's Neuroma op and a Weil's Ostotomy two years later to improve the discomfort, these soles have been an absolute lifesaver. The nodules spread the load on my foot enough to ease the discomfort on days when I couldn't manage without them. I do have 'rest' periods when I don't wear them, but then return to them again following renewed discomfort. I agree slightly more arch support would be a great advantage. Also I would love to be able to buy single soles, as only use them on my right foot - the left one just stays in the cupboard. About to buy a second pair after almost 18months use - originals still going strong, but want a spare!

Please don’t waste your money...I was expecting something superior given the price tag they do nothing remarkable. You are better off sticking to the clear plastic semi spiked ones for under a fiver they work the best. These are like the emperors new clothes. They make no sense what so ever what are the round edged semi soft bumps actually meant to do? They certainly aren’t deep enough to have an impact, you will on occasion mildly feel they are there or be aware of them and even then you have to push your foot right into them plus they are somewhat bulky so fill out even a generous boot making it much tighter and uncomfortable all day long!! Returned for refund.

Bought these after using the same brand Flip flops/sandals for a couple of years,these have nowhere near the same thickness of nodules nor arch support,made my plantar fasciitis flare up again, wouldn't recommend them for heavy duty walkers like myself.

Ich kenne die Marke aus Dubai, wo ich einen Stand von ihr sah und schon damals dachte, oh, das sieht ja echt hilfreich aus. Dann hab ich sie hier wiederentdeckt und dennoch lange überlegt, wegen dem Preis...aber ohne Grund! Es lohnt sich! Ich litt an einem sehr schmerzhaften Fersensporn, den ich mit Stosswellen behandeln lassen habe, dennoch blieb ein Restschmerz. Ich trage die Einlagen ein paar Stunden auf der Arbeit oder auch privat und fühle mich danach total leicht, entlastet und fit! Das ist unglaublich! Ich denke, das liegt an der Akkupressurwirkung. Ich bin begeistert und werde sie auch meiner Tochter schenken. Sollten sie zu lang sein, kann man sie sogar anpassen, indem sie zugeschnitten werden. Einfach nur das Geld wert, bin echt erleichtert, dass es sich gelohnt hat 😊

provides comfortable pressure… fits as expected to size i don’t understand some of the other reviews - if you don’t want pressure on the soles of your feet, then don’t buy

great product. massages feet all day. have gout and it is helping my feet feal better. purcharsed dr schouls similar product and this is way better
