It works wonders on my piercings!! A couple of my piercings were irritated, used this 2-3 times a day and they were back to normal. It's so easy to use and just pat dry, and the stream isn't as hard so it doesn't irritate my piercings or skin at all, it'll last me about 3 weeks and it doesn't really smell at all!

This is my aesthetician's brand of saline for ear piercing care. I stick it in the fridge for cooling, anti-inflammatory care of my cartilage piercings and keeps them clean and healthy during the healing process. It's pricey but worth the price to combat potential infections and easier to administer as a fine mist rather than a squeeze bottle.

Been using Neilmed for a long time until decided to try this one out and honestly it’s been as good too. The nozzle disperses the mist gently and it has helped to keep my helix piercings disinfected and it shrinks bumps I get whenever I sleep on my piercings.

This is great for cleaning fresh piercings. Cheaper than what I got at the piercing studio, great, fine mist, and lasts a long time.

Helped get rid of a nose piercing bump. It was gone the very next day.

If you have sensitive earlobes like I do, this product is perfect. I tried NeilMed. It was like a jet spray from a car wash. It was too powerful and messy. It got all over me even with a towel around my neck.This nozzle is just strong enough to get underneath and around my stud earrings, and gentle enough for comfort.Obviously, I don't know about it's effectiveness for healing yet.I have read many complaints about the spray for other products so that's why I wanted to let you know about it. After I have used it for a couple of weeks I will update my review.UPDATE.So far, I have been very happy with the product. I like it that it doesn't dry up immediately and it's easy to apply in the front and back of my earlobes. It's been about a month and my one earlobe isn't hurting anymore. They are not itchy nearly as much as the beginning. I still highly recommend this wonderful saline wound wash.
