Great product for bodybuilding contest prep
Great taste and works well. I mix it with revive glutamine and evogen daily greens for digestion during contest prep and am very happy with my results.

Mix with yogurt!
So I tried to mix it with milk and water like the reviews say but it still leaves a chalk reside BUT what I did find was that this stuff mixes really well in plain yogurt! Add a little sugar free chocolate pudding mixture & you got yourself a high protein, high fiber snacky snack.

Not worth it
Paired this with the gut health from Revive and this was by far the worst of the fibers I have tried. Will not buy anymore revive products.
