Great quality. The performance of this part is awesome.

This carburetor is shorter than most, so it will not fit in a motorcycle without modifications to the air intake. I used 2" hose and aluminum ducting (both for turbocharger ducting), cut to fit, to make an extension. It fits on the engine side perfectly. You also need a new throttle cable, which also needs to be modified. This is why I only give it 3 stars, lots of fiddle-biting. The reason I tried this carburetor is when I bought this bike it had a slip on exhaust modification and a jet kit in the stock carburetor. However no amount of tuning or jetting could make the bike run properly. An aftermarket carburetor meant for the KLX (which also didn't fit quite right, but closer) ran better but lacked top end power. This carburetor seems to be able to take advantage of the aftermarket exhaust through the whole power range. Operationally I give it 4-5 stars.
