I've not noticed any odd effects. I'm nearing the end of the first of two bottles. All of the ingredients are super good for most people, so I decided to take it for awhile. I will say that I haven't caught any of the yucky stuff out there so far this year!

I've found that with all Pendulums products, you have to give it time to help repair the problems that badly processed food, poisoned air, etc have created over many years of living. Just take it a few months, then take a look at the results.

Effectiveness, easy to swollow

After 2 months, I decided there was no change in my craving chocolate. Lost no weight even though I tried hard to cut back. Even bought the booster the 2nd month I tried this. No effective!
