I really like being able to get the Vegetables and fruits. I don't get myself. I have a condition that keeps me from being able to eat a long list fruits and vegetables and I get all if not more from Force factor.

As a mainly a meat eater, these work great at replacing what greens I do not eat on a daily cycle.

I take two a day! No bad stomach issues.

I like the fact that I can get a quality product without paying the high price of other supplements. They should be swallowed one at a time as they are not really well coated and are large.

I live alone and vegetables are not the greatest in rural Kansas grocery stores. On the days where I do not get enough fruits or vegetables (probably 5 days/week) I take three of these with a meal. They're coated which makes them much easier to swallow. I've been buying them for about 6 months now and feel much more energetic than I did prior to taking them.

It says take 3 a day. I take one. I break it to wash it down. Not chewable.

I take these regularly and can really tell a difference. Highly recommend!
