Great tea really love the flavours

I have used this for many years because it is refreshing and has just enough astringency to wake me up!

I've been drinking this tea for many years. What happened? This used to be my favourite tea. It used to be packed with flavour, refreshing and fruity. Now it's bland and tasteless no matter how long I leave the teabag in. And why are the teabags now with a string and paper tag? Even worse, they are packaged individually in laminated paper bags when we should be reducing waste. Tasteless and bad for the environment. But organic... This is bad from start to finish. Very disappointed and shall not buy again

Love this product drunk Hot or when left gone cold. My go-to now instead of regular tea or coffee

I know I am not alone is my dismay at Heath and Heather's decision to change both product and packaging. The tea is ok, though changed from the original. But why is it now only available in boxes of 20, and most disturbingly, why does every bag need it's own non-recyclable pouch? (Answer:it doesn't, but it makes it look more like the popular Pukka brand) Costs both me and the environment more.Unfortunately, the vendor only sent one box rather than the advertised six and claimed there was an error in the listing.
