I hit but these last year for my husband he looked them and they work extremely well excellent product and arrived in good time thank you excellent company.

I wanted to try this product as I do not sleep well. The pack contains enough pads and adhesive plasters for fifteen applications. There is no instruction as to which way the pad should be placed however there is a smooth surface and a slightly coarser surface on the opposite side so I place the smooth side onto the adhesive surface so that the coarser side has contact with the skin. Adhesion is very good but is also easy to remove. The product recommends using at night however I was very conscious of it and it made my feet feel irritatingly hot so I prefer to wear it during the day - couldn’t see any reason why not. When the plaster is removed the pad is dark and there is a slightly oily, sticky residue on the skin which wipes away with warm water. Pads are disposed off in the bin. Results? Well, after five applications, I do find I am having more restful sleeps and quite unexpectedly I feel better than I have in months; I feel more calm, cheerful and optimistic and this morning I actually caught myself singing in the shower! Haven’t done that in years! Product seems well made and is easy to use and store, also, since I have experienced a positive result, seems good value for money too.

This did really work for me and it help me sleep more and the pain relief have gone down really well and it fantastic I feel soo much better and the value not bad for that price I will order more soon 😁

The sticky tape did not hold through the nite

Absolute nonsense, as a scientist I like to try new things so I gave these a bash, I can confirm these do nothing, no detox or anything. They are basically a teabag that you tape to your foot, that turns black. So I did some tests… the ingredients in the pads react with moisture and heat from your feet, a process that is no form of detoxification. The black is the result of the pyroligneous acid (in the pad contents) mixed with sweat, creating a dark, sticky mixture. This same reaction happens when you hold the pad over steam from boiling purified water, proving it’s 100% not toxins being drawn from the body! However the effect of a sticker on your feet does have the same effect as wearing socks to bed & can help people sleep better.

Makes so much difference to how I feel. On all kinds of meds so reduces the build up of toxins. Great for me.

I have 4 pads left for my feet and no adhesives so I would recommend that you sort this out for future buyers. I would like to purchase again in the future but due to this I may not again. For the price there should definitely be enough adhesives
