Working awesome. Great smell while sprouting.great quality seeds . fast service and good price...I found what I was looking for...It all just smells and tastes and just *feels* so FRESH and wonderful...absolutely in love with this..and I can't recommend it enough! I'll definitely be keeping this one in my pocket, and I'll be ordering it again...especially at this price

I grew some of these seeds, and used the greens along with the seeds to make an oil, with castor oil, coconut oil, and olive oil. It's like a miracle potion. I blended the leaves to puree consistency in a blender, strained to remove the pulp. I then soaked some of the seeds in that liquid overnight. By morning the seeds were soft and swollen, so I blended it all and strained again. To that mixture I added the oils I named above, and mixed thoroughly. I keep refrigerated and apply to my scalp and ends each day. In 6 months, I had hair growth of about 5 inches, really thick, with a well-defined curl pattern. Color me impressed!!!!

Product is fresh. I use these to make sprouts. Every seed sprouts! Love the product. I have tried other brands which either had seeds that stayed hard or had little stones in. I have never had an issue like that from Naturevibe.

My first time trying fenugreek. The texture after soaking is very fun to eat, however, the taste is a bit bitter. I am mixing it with maple syrup or agave. I am glad they are changing to a jar form instead of the un-resealable package I got when I purchased it. 1 pound is actually a lot of fenugreek seed as they expand so much when you soak them. I am still looking for other ways to use it than eating.

I read that these seeds help with digestion so I thought I'd give them a try. They arrived quickly in a sturdy pouch but there are no suggestions about how to use them on the package. I tried them this morning in my yogurt which was one way that I read to eat them. They have very hard seed coats which I wasn't expecting. One thing I read said to soak them overnight in water so I'll try that but other sources said to just eat them unprocessed. I may try grinding them in a coffee grinder. If I decide that they are a benefit I will probably buy ground ones next time.

These were my first attempt at growing sprouts. They are so easy to grow. My grand daughter loves helping grow these. She loves sneaking a few every day when we rinse. They taste great and keep you from smelling Bad. You smell like you rolled in maple syrup instead. Added benefit for eating so many sprouts.

I bought the seeds & powder form to see which is best for my protein shakes. So far, i tried the seeds for now. Tasted some seeds raw, can't say it's sweet & nutty at all, more on the veggie side. I'm not sure why they would call this a spice, it's NOT like black pepper, tumeric, or the like, thought it was. When placed in my shake, the grassy taste becomes more pronounced, for me, it resembles alfalfa sprouts. It's NOT my favorite taste in a shake, but I'm only going to place a few at a time b/c it can be overpowering despite other things in my shake. I bought this for health benefits, but mostly b/c it helps protein absorption.

I've been using this in a spray bottle daily on my hair for about 2 weeks. I add 1 cup of water with 1 tablespoon of seeds in a cup for 24 hrs then strain water from seeds then spray. I've seen other youtubers do this so I said that I would try it out. It's too early to say how the results are as of yet but other users has said it works wonders for them and has grown their hair long as well as very soft.
